We had an error with the bartender with our numbers for Keno. She ran them the wrong way and double played a ticket. When we brought this to her attention, she didn’t understand what the problem was…: We then told her forget it… we will just take the loss of $10. Then the manager comes to us and wants to know what the problem was. We explained to him the issue, he didn’t understand and made it seem like we were in the wrong and then stated “should we take this outside “… we felt threatened at this point..he then asked us to leave which we did.This came from the MANAGER who should be trying to understand the Customers concerns about what happened with one of his staff!!

Asked for a specific item and was brought something a little different. I was fine with this and didn't really think about it until the check arrived. Turns out, I was charged considerably more for this. I was with a decent sized group and found out that this also happened to another person. Seems like a deceptive way to squeeze extra money out of your customers. The server never asked if I wanted a refill and seemed unhappy to be there. There are simply too many dining options in BG to settle for this type of experience.

We love OT. My only knock is the wing rub they use makes all of the wings taste the same. No matter what sauce you choose. Loose the rub and just go with the sauces or at least use a lot less rub.

$45 for 2 nachos and a kids meal? Used to be my favorite nachos in town. Tonight they were dry as can be, no queso. Not to mention the overload of pepper on the kids Alfredo. Asked for extra sour cream, received zero! Y’all can do better.

Was our first time here. Didn't know there was karaoke going on. Interesting. Good service at the bar, good drinks. Friendly servers. Will be back on Sat for Fantasy Football draft so will be trying the food.

Much improved OT sports bar and grill. Between my family we enjoyed a burger, pizza, and a club sandwich. Service was slow but staff is friendly and the seating has good viewing of tv’s all over the restaurant. Definitely a good place to watch a game or other event. Good food and drink selection.
