Pizza was good, not the best but it was good. The host was pleasant atmosphere nice. Got a large one topping for $19 and some change.

In town visiting family and was suggested for the pizza. The hand tossed meat pizza was pretty good, the service was not. Having been a server for numerous years I was highly disappointed when I failed to receive the appetizer I ordered before my pizza came out, mentioned to the runner that I no longer wished to receive the appetizer I ordered since I had already gotten my pizza, she apologized and delivered our pizza, with no plates or napkins. It took wayyy to long for our server to bring us plates and utensils to eat our pizza with, at which time drinks were ordered by me and my significant other. No apology was given for the appetizer ordered and not received. We then waited for 15-20 min for the drink ordered with our pizza. Who wants to eat pizza with nothing to drink? I understand places get busy and servers don't always have an easy job, but we seen the servers at the 2 tables next to us more than we seen Kayla, next time I'd request any other server.

Edited to respond to owner- this is the perfect place to voice such a concern. If you do not want to provide the service from your business that grubhub contracts (increased revenue through delivery,) then turn it off! There are so many other restaurants, that don’t behave like this, for people to order from. Having a conversation with everyone about hospitality and an acknowledgment for the negative experience would have been the perfect response. Grubhub is my second job and retail management is my full time job. In any industry that behavior would have been unprofessional and rude. Holding people accountable is important and if I was just picking up a to go order and got the same treatment the result would be the same.The bartender is super rude every time I go here to pick up a grubhub order. Was not a busy time period. Huffing and puffing the whole time just to grab an order that she forgot the drink too. Reminded her about the drink and got another big huff. Like look I didn’t place this order. We’re both in the service industry. Girl needs to chill and have an ounce of hospitality.

The food here is terrible. The chicken wings where friend to a brown crisp because they never change the oil. The bacon in the loaded potatoes was burnt too. I got a horrible stomach ache twice by eating here. I ordered some vegetables and they where shrunken and tasted and looked burnt too!Vegetarian options: It's still going to be served overcooked

Honestly the best food we've had in a sports bar setting in a long time. Our server was awesome and the vibes are great. Seriously can't rave enough about the food tho. I'm writing this review while I finish off my cheesesteak

My server kiki was extremely disrespectfu, when I had asked for a simple request. I have gone here numerous times and never have I ever experienced such horrible customer service. I will not be coming back if she is still employed at this destination. Do better.
