I went to Panda Express and it was meh. The chicken was kinda crusty and tasted like it had been sitting there too long. The flavor wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t anything special either. At least the workers weren’t as crusty as the chicken — they were actually pretty nice. I’d go back if I had to, but it’s not somewhere I’m excited about.

My husband and I came to get our food replaced and when we did the manager named Ester was seemed like she had an attitude like we did something wrong and then tried to still give us food that was literally just about out and looked old… as much as we come here this has never happened.

This place is absolutely amazing with an amazing atmosphere, and such amazing food! The workers are so sweet and everything is just so clean and pretty! The service of the panda express on scottsville road is beyond amazing! I placed a mobile order and accidentally ordered the promotional *hot* orange chicken and it was wayyy too spicy for me and my husband. I called panda and spoke to Adam who was so nice and understanding and said they’d remake it for me! I went back and got the OG orange chicken -for the third time that week- and it was incredibly delicious of course. Adam and the staff are super friendly and I’ll be a loyal customer to this location forever!
