Kind employees, fast service, and great food! If you want a good meal for a fair price, this is the place to go. The portions are solid, and the app makes it even better, you can earn points and rewards that really add up. Totally worth it!

I went there for lunch with my group of coworkers, but the place was very unorganized,and the service was extremely poor. We ended up canceling and leaving.I ordered only a broccoli soup and waited 48 minutes, while other customers who came after me got their orders quickly. I spoke with the staff three different times about my order, but nothing happened.
One customer after me had an issue with her order — they fixed it right away. Another customer even noticed how long I had been waiting. The workers kept looking at me like I wasn’t even there.
After all that, I told them to keep the money and the order because I was leaving. Only then did someone come and ask, “What can I do for you?” But it was too late.
I won’t be going back, and I don’t recommend having any meetings or group lunches there.

I ordered a dozen bagels through the mobile app. I picked them up and they were in a sealed paper bag as usual. When I got home they were all in plastic bags and obviously at minimum day old hard bagels. They were so tough, even the toaster didn't soften them. So disappointed as I've never had this issue at any other location.

My sandwich was ok. My apple was rotten.

The food has always been perfect. Ha e been coming for years and years but today I got to watch Laura (with the pink panera hat) I have never seen any Panera employee clean as thoroughly as Laura. She truly moved EVERYTHING and wiped everything and vacuumed what was a messy (after lunch) dining area. She is a keeper!!! I asked if She was a manager which she stated she was not. She should be. Congratulations on such a .good hire. Truly hard to find people that take this much pride.

The food was the best I've had from this location in a while. My order was perfectly as I ordered. (Extra sauce included) Awesome quality bread, meat, cheese, sauce, and toppings. I'll be dreaming of my next visit for a Turkey bacon Bravo. The flavors of this beautifully crafted sandwich are truly delicious and amazing.

I usually enjoy Panera, but I was disappointed during my recent visit. The silverware provided was not properly cleaned .I noticed spots and what looked like dried food residue. Clean utensils are a basic expectation, and this really took away from the dining experience. I hope management addresses this soon, as it’s not up to the usual Panera standard.

I had a most delightful experience this morning getting a cup of coffee on my way to work. Grace Ann was working behind the counter and treated each person in line as if we were guests in her home. She took an interest in what each of us had planned for the day, and it was so unexpected and pleasant. We've lost personal connections as a culture, and that simple act of kindness made my day.
