People only leave a review when it’s bad I’d say the food is good, warm when I get it they told me 35-45 mins before my food arrives and I got it on time the lady on the phone told me exactly what they have and how they came I think it’s better to know what I’m in for before I get it which is good
Ps: sometimes places get busy out of nowhere it’s not their fault business is business

Night shift manager displayed an unprofessional attitude today. I called to pay over the phone and they hanged up on me. I called again and I said I was talking with someone and they hanged up, the manager responded with such an attitude. I understand things happens when you are on a shift. But as a manager they should
know better on how to take care of customer services and specially not to give an attitude to a customer when they just ask a question.

Manager should be a leader and an example for orders to follow. Not the opposite.

I was gonna detail what happened with my experience, but from reading the most recent reviews I see that one star service is pretty much the norm at this location. I walked in greeting everyone hello and everybody just looked at me like i was crazy for 4 oddly silent minute. So we skip the familiarities and got straight to the business. The young lady with the curly hairl working in the front counter took my payment and drop the change in my hand with attitude. Ok, cool. I just know to reciprocate that same energy when I get my next carryout order. Those folks in there was so nasty I had to make this post in the car on the way home just to get it out of my system. Yall need to burn some sage in there or something.

The old lady was being rude to me the whole time and was talking about the prices which clearly didn’t matter to me, she was being sarcastic and talking about the prices again and that was rude for me. Just because of the way I was dressed she was being like that, I just get off work and went to get a pizza, so I didn’t have to time to change my clothes. And my clothes were long and baggy and she was looking at me ugly from top to bottom. After I place the order she said it was going to be in 15 minutes which after 15 minutes I went inside and she yelled is ( you gotta to wait I have more customers) and she didn’t even look at me she just pointed at me like if I were an animal, so after 20 minutes I went inside and she said ( is not ready yet) so after 30 minutes finally my pizza was ready. Also the atmosphere was not even in good shape,also my sauce has a whole in the lid and I’m not talking about a little whole. !! I will not recommend this place !!

These guy's are amazing!
I ordered a pizza yesterday for my little brother who was alone at home, they had some problems trying to find my mobile home so the pizza got like an hour late, so, they left not one but 2 pizzas whitout cost, that is a great way to apologize if you ask me!!. By the way the pizza was delicious!!

Placed n order before 10pm as had to take grandchildrens mom to er with hives and trouble breathing. I called when my order never moved on the tracker and the lady didn't say I'm sorry, nothing just said we're busy and we cant help it. While my grandchildren was suppose to be able to have food by 11:12pm. The lady say we'll when the next driver not the one here now but the nxrt one comes it it will get to ya. Finally tracker moved and I called in. Automated system now says will be 11:45pm so 2 hrs for a pizza 3 blocks from the store. Not even can I do somthing to make it up just rudeness. I called 31w and Molly was gonna give me a free 1 topping pizza for my trouble and pick up in 10 mins. But I couldn't leave the er. This was not even the store where I placed the order. What is wrong with the lady at russellville rd? This happens everytime we order there. Was !n accident or would have never happened. Excellent service.

I’ve been a loyal Papa John’s customer since I was a kid, and I’ve always preferred them over the competition—but they’ve officially lost a customer. I was in the process of placing an order when I hit a frustrating roadblock: the subtotal paid with Papa Dough no longer counts toward the delivery minimum. Because of this, the order I was trying to place is now sitting in my cart while I order from Domino’s instead.

Between the rising delivery fees, restrictive policies like this one, and the short expiration times on Papa Dough, it feels like Papa John’s has stopped valuing its loyal customers. What used to be my go-to choice has become too frustrating to bother with. It’s disappointing to see a company I’ve supported for so long lose sight of what made them great in the first place.

Before I start this review let me be very clear in saying Papa Johns is my favorite pizza chain and we eat at Papa Johns restaraunts often. However, we will NEVER order from this location again. My wife and I were working and ordered Papa bowls to enjoy for our dinner. Now, normally, when we receive our Papa bowls they are somewhere between 1/4 and 1/2 way full and have plenty meat and cheese. The ones we ordered from this location had bare spots where you could still see the bottom of the bowl. When we called to complain we were told "we do things by the book here we use exactly what is called for by the company and I'd other locations are doing it differently that's on them" They offered to replace them but told us they would be the exact same. It's at this point I wish I had taken pictures of them for this review. If you are ordering anything from Papa Johns in Bowling Green KY AVOID the store on Russellville Rd and do not do delivery on their side of town or you WILL be disappointed. If you want a good Papa Johns pizza go across town to the location at 390 US 31W bypass. Trust me they take better care of their customers and have a much better quality of work. I would give this location a 0 out of 5 stars if it would let me.
