I love this location so much!! It's nearby for me so I always find myself stopping in all season long. The prices aren't bad and the topping options are plentiful! I've never had a bad shaved ice here, and the employees are super nice!
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp, but there's a little curb before it so it may be a bit bumpy to use a wheelchair on.

Best place ever. My daughter was in town from California and her pregnant self was craving Pelicans. We were on our way back from Russellville and not sure if we'd make it back in time. We called and the owner offered to stay open until we got there. He even texted later and told us he was glad we made it!!
