I had the opportunity to stop in yesterday to finally try their subs. I ordered the small Italian (non-toasted). I must say...it was delicious! From the very first bite, the bread was super fresh with just the right amount of crunch in the bread iykyk. I will definitely be making this a regular on my stop into Bowling Green.

Absolutely best subs I've ever tried. Yes Penn station is high but the food is outta this world good and the fries are phenomenal though not as good as five guys but it's a close second for sure. The only real issue I have is the atmosphere needs maybe some big screen TV's or something that makes the store really pop more.

Kid-friendliness: For sure kid friendly.

Food is good but overpriced. Less of a portion than jersey mikes Jimmy John’s or any other sandwich place in town. Sauce they use is very good tho.
When I went they had only 2 people working which is dumb for a lunch rush. The 2 employees were completely overwhelmed. Management issue at this location. Plus one of the employees kids were running around the store and in the kitchen which is just unacceptable for a chain restaurant

Gave our food to wrong people. Said they would remake waited a couple of minutes and brought our sandwiches to us Grilled sandwich was COLD. Which means she just waited a minute before bringing same food to us even though lady told her she had touched our food when she thought it was hers!!

Spent $30 for two Philly subs and all I got was bread and cheese. I will not be back. This place is overpriced. The French fries are great.

I frequented Penn Station several years back and absolutely loved it. I visited today and it wasn't very impressive . $21.00 for 2 small submarines and
a drink. Upon receiving my receipt I was charged and additional fee for extra meat, which I did not order. That was corrected promptly. However the food was so disappointing. I asked for my sub east coast way, and it wasn't. The other person in my party had the Italian and was not impressed with their sub either.

Ordered a cold sandwich, received a hot congealed flavorless mess. Couldn't identify any of it. Disgusting.
