First of all, I'm glad to have a place that knows HOW a real Philly cheesesteak is made. This is the size, shape, bread and texture of how a real Philly is made. No one else seems to understand that and it's almost impossible finding a place like this. A hoagie or fluffed up bread is not how a real philly is made. However, what goes inside their philly's does need more flavor and you HAVE TO HAVE A CHEESE WHIZ OPTION!!!!! COME ON!!! Anyone that's ever been to Philly knows all about that mouth watering cheese whiz cheesesteak!!!! Love the place but could be near perfect with a few adjustments!!!! The fries are awesome and has plenty of vinegar to put on them too. Huge bonus as well.
It’s been many months since I’ve visited a PS and probably won’t try this one again anytime soon. Just REALLY REALLY bad service. I waited 30 min for my one sandwich and a fry and finally gave up and asked for a refund. I was not upset just kindly asked for my money back and left.
Two workers were present. One worked hard while the other just had zero effort in serving customers. I was dumbfounded of his lack of enthusiasm and effort to work.
The other worker was visibly upset by his coworker and unfortunately this led to poor service on his part. One bad apple clearly spoiled the bunch.
This was like a bad SNL skit
Ordered a Chicken Philly to 5/3/2025 and didn’t think it be too hard for them I even drawn an arrow to the Philly Cheesesteak on their menu. I get it and it only has cheese and chicken. I was so ticked off couldn’t even eat what I even had.
Way too expensive but also the best you can get as far as a hot sub shop.
Subway is better and cheaper. The only things that’s better here is the bread. The rest subway has beat.
Ordered a Sweet Tea and they were out and they never refilled it. The Food took too long to get and it was not as good as I expected i will not be back
Love love love penn station

I had the opportunity to stop in yesterday to finally try their subs. I ordered the small Italian (non-toasted). I must say...it was delicious! From the very first bite, the bread was super fresh with just the right amount of crunch in the bread iykyk. I will definitely be making this a regular on my stop into Bowling Green.

Really bad service waited 10 minutes and person after me got order before me
Absolutely best subs I've ever tried. Yes Penn station is high but the food is outta this world good and the fries are phenomenal though not as good as five guys but it's a close second for sure. The only real issue I have is the atmosphere needs maybe some big screen TV's or something that makes the store really pop more.
Kid-friendliness: For sure kid friendly.

Food is good but overpriced. Less of a portion than jersey mikes Jimmy John’s or any other sandwich place in town. Sauce they use is very good tho.
When I went they had only 2 people working which is dumb for a lunch rush. The 2 employees were completely overwhelmed. Management issue at this location. Plus one of the employees kids were running around the store and in the kitchen which is just unacceptable for a chain restaurant

Gave our food to wrong people. Said they would remake waited a couple of minutes and brought our sandwiches to us Grilled sandwich was COLD. Which means she just waited a minute before bringing same food to us even though lady told her she had touched our food when she thought it was hers!!

Spent $30 for two Philly subs and all I got was bread and cheese. I will not be back. This place is overpriced. The French fries are great.
