We get take out quite often here. It's generally quite good, and always on time.
We got delivery once, on the Super Bowl. Despite it being the Super Bowl, it arrived right on time. The delivery driver even found our home, which was unexpected as the GPS directs you the wrong way through the neighborhood.
My only *major* complaint is that we don't always get the extra toppings and such we pay for.
I ordered a pan pizza. It was way better than any other pizza I've had in a very long time!

This was the worst food experience we have had in a long time. The pizzas were only about 50% baked. It was a soggy sponge. I will never order Pizza Hut again. We trashed the pizza, it was not edible.

I ordered delivery. The pizza never arrived. They delivered it to the wrong address and would not take responsibility. They did not offer to send out another pizza nor a refund. All the girl who answered the phone said was “Well, what do you want me to do.” I asked for a refund and she said she would. On top of that, the pizza was not correct and cold. When I called to let them know the mystery had been solved the pizza was at my neighbors and not to process the refund or recharge it if need be, she hung up on me. I called and asked to speak to the manager and got hung up on again. Will do no more business with any Pizza Hut.

Holy moly, that was by far the best fast pizza service experience I’ve had, got a pan pepperoni pizza and man that thing must of been straight of the cooker and delivered immediately was so hot and fresh and delicious, same with the new chocolate donuts, will be ordering pizza from here from now on.

Awesome pizza hut staff was so sweet the guy that gave me the pizza almost made a mistake and he was genuinely apologizing but it wasn't his fault at all but no worries it was very quickly fixed in a matter of 2 mins the food is great service great very quick
