I love that the last time I tried to eat here and asked for specific pieces of chicken when ordering the 3 for $5, I was told they had to give us specific ones and couldn’t change then when I ordered today, I was given 3 legs. Aka, not the 3 pieces I was told I had to get.

Haven't been to Popeye's very much. I think it's good if you eat it right on the spot. I recently brought some home in the next day the coating on the chicken was so hard I thought it might break my teeth. I do think there are better chicken places

I am a Popeyes fan but it’s the overall customer service that kills me. They will get your food wrong 100% of the time guaranteed. They’ll change it but you gotta beg and plead. I went through the drive through, came up to the window, paid and then the 3 employees all went to the back. Didn’t get my food for over 20 min and of course it was incorrect. If you have coupons, you must tell them before you order the food cause if you tell them the window, the drive thru lady got upset and told me she wasn’t gonna honor it cause I didn’t tell her before I started ordering (I had not paid thus far). Overall don’t come here unless your life depends on it

This is quite possibly the worst choice for food in the BG area… If you’re the manager of the store, you need to review the feedback and pictures that I gave you on DoorDash. Missing items, the wrong things in the bag, hot wings instead of regular wings… For it to arrive at room temperature It could not have been cooked to order… The kicker is the chicken finger That was the size of my pinky and a set of three when I ordered five.. I threw it in the trash. Thanks but no thanks.

We ordered a meal and waited 10 minutes after paying just to find that the meal was not what we ordered and was missing items.
When I called to mitigate the issue and ask to be reimbursed the man on the phone stated as long as I kept my receipt and he took my name I would be able to return to the store and be provided the missing item.
Upon returning to the store, I was informed by an A member of management that i would not be reimbursed the item as I did not return that day to recoup. She then continued to argue with me about the process and asked me who gave me false information. She then pulled out her cell phone with cellophane gloves on and began to “check to see who was working” the day I called (day of sale). Only to then shut the door of the drive thru in my face and then to come back a moment later to tell me that they cannot honor the process.
Poor food quality, service and false advertisement, don’t waste your money or time.

White girl at the front desk don’t know how to greet customer. I was only customer in the store still she was not taking my order. The girl serving at drive thur came and took my order she was very helpful.
