Nashville rd never has anyone there so why does it take 10 mins for my mom to get service. Then the chicken is on special on Tv but they said it’s not $6 any more. My mom is 78 and she deserves better service not waiting at the drive thru while se does whatever and then comes back like she didn’t know she was there.

We went thru the drive thru the other night and it was absolutely delicious. We got fresh chicken. There was a car in front of us with a rather large order. But, it didn’t take them very long at all to give us our order.

Unbelievable... Tenders are overly salty,dry and skimpy on the meat for 15.00$. They are tiny and it took like 20 mins for them to give them to me. Never. Again.

I really do not understand why this restaurant stays open as late as it does if it cannot facilitate the orders. Do not waste your time or your money ordering from this place in the later hours. You're better off just going to bed hungry at least that way you won't lose out on any money because doordash won't give you a refund after they sent two drivers to pick up the same order that's been cooking for an hour.

After my son’s football we stop in at the Nashville road location and was told that they only had 6 wings up and we would have to wait for any other food. I told the woker that fine. I order 2 classic wraps , the sandwich combo large and another sandwich. When I pulled to the window the lady working the window handed me my drink and I realize it was small and when I said it was suppose to be large the drink spilled on me , she said she hear small, and that she would have to charge me and I said that’s fine, when she handed me the large drink she spilled it over me because she didn’t secure the lid, when I asked for napkins. Once I arrived home my wraps were made with spicy meat. I called the location and asked for the manager and was told she was in the bathroom but she could help me , told her what the problem was and she then proceeded to tell me she knew who I was because she stated I was rude at the window, I then asked for the GM number and was told she was in vacation, then asked for the district or area manager and she said I would have to call back in 2 weeks. This was on 8/23/25 at 10:30pm I don’t know who the girl is that was working but she really needs to be taught customer service. Not sure if I will be back but will be calling Monday morning and bringing the incorrect food there

Worse customer service ever ...waited 20 minutes in line to only be told it was going to be another 15-20 mins till food was ready. Point being if you're opening at 10...food should be ready at 10 not 11...otherwise open at 11 !

Disgusting experience. I ordered chicken tenders and got raw. Completely unsafe to eat. I called and was told to bring it back for a replacement—which I did, thinking they’d handle it like professionals. Big mistake.

The staff acted like I was doing them a favor by returning the food. One of them actually had the audacity to tell me there was nothing wrong with it. Are you kidding me? Serving undercooked chicken and then gaslighting your customers? That’s next-level trash service.

They clearly don’t care about food safety, customer satisfaction, or basic human decency. Never returning back!
