This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Bowling Green. The food always taste so good and the service is awesome. Prices are very reasonable..

Service was top notch. Food was not. My daughter got a kids pizza that was freezer burnt and inedible. I got a fish dish and the spinach wasn’t really even cooked. The inside is updated, but the food just wasn’t good.

My husband and I recently dined at Puerto Vallarta, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The service was outstanding; the employees truly made us feel like part of their family, which added a warm and welcoming touch to our visit.

One of the highlights of our meal was the table-side guacamole. Watching it being prepared fresh right in front of us was a treat, and the taste was simply divine. The pork nachos were another standout dish – perfectly crispy and loaded with flavorful toppings. These two dishes have quickly become my favorites and are a must-try for anyone visiting.

Overall, Puerto Vallarta offers not just a meal, but a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for excellent food and top-notch service.

I went here to get 2 Is Specials and a side of cheese sauce for lunch and it was disappointing the food just was not good the rice was over cooked and very mushy the chicken pieces were really big and not seasoned and the cheese sauce didn't have that hint of jalapeno mild spice to it like I'm used to getting when I go to the scottsville road location. I spent like $32 and didn't even want to eat it. I put it in the refrigerator and my kids ate it when they got home from school. That's why I drive farther away just to go to the scottsville road location when I want Puerto's.

I placed an online order around 8 p.m. and picked it up as scheduled. However, upon consuming the "Locos Nachos" at home, I found the steak and chicken to be excessively chewy and lacking in flavor. Additionally, I experienced an upset stomach and digestive issues later that night. This experience was disappointing and did not reflect the quality I expected. I see why it’s called, “Loco Nachos”.

I met with my sister in Bowling Green for lunch, which we do periodically. She chose Puerto Vallarta and I’m glad she did. The patio was wonderful and service was impressive. We will most likely make it our regular meeting spot.

Went in during a weeknight dinner time. Food was okay. Service was slow and our waitress didn't really come back to check on us. Other waiters passing by stopped to provide us with refills, etc. Portions were good for the price. Was an okay experience.
