Found this amazing recipe while traveling through the free bowling green and it was so incredible. The service, food and margaritas were so so amazing. My only regret is that I didn’t order the jumbo margaritas ;) the shrimp tacos will now measure for everyone else’s.
So far, this is my favorite Mexican Restaurant in the area. It was also the first one I wanted to go back to. But, I’ve been served a couple meals that weren’t too satisfactory. Yesterday, I was served a soggy taco salad and today I was served lukewarm fajitas. The photo I posted was from Day 1. Sizzling how you would expect.
Puerto is the only place in BG where you're going to get authentic Mexican food. They have a huge menu and much more than your usual dinner combos plus some specials. The staff were awesome, very attentive without being annoying, and anticipated our needs. Very clean restaurant and the covered outdoor patio is very nice. I took my whole family here but I'm definitely going to come back without the kids for margaritas!
