QDOBA Mexican Eats

I don't know what has happened to this store in the last few years, but it seems like every time I go in there, the store managers have a chip on their shoulder. The vibe is just unfriendly. Plus, removing the Coca-Cola freestyle machine has become one of their biggest downfalls. No more sugar-free caffeine free options are available. Oh, and prices are outrageous. I thought the Orange Jackwagon was supposed to drop prices, not increase them. What a joke.

Beans, cilantro lime rice, meat, pico and salsa were all very, bland.

Wont be back. Wasted $27 on food we didn't think was worth it. Bf said his bowl tastes better at a location up north.
Also didn't care for employees or lady at register. Could have been friendlier.

Had QDOBA Mexican Eats for the first time ever today and I have to say for my first ever time having it I was really satisfied the tastes, the texture and way it was put together was really good and made with passion I ended up getting the 3 street tacos definitely will give it another try in the near future I recommend y'all grab a bite to eat there if your passing through or out and about definitely worth it.

This Qdoba is my new friend after the Etown location went downhill. Fresh food, the Coke Zero flows like the spice melange, and my pickup order was quick

Y'all don't charge extra for guacamole like some OTHER burrito shops. I will always show you the love just for that act of kindness, lol.

It’s is a really good option and way better than Chipotle.
Being a Vegetarian, I like the quality of the food.

Hands-down the best burrito bowl place! The portions are so big and the ingredients are always fresh, even late at night. The staff are so sweet and nice to talk to and they keep it very clean. I always have a great experience there ☺️

This place is in need

As a customer, I feel extremely disrespected by Qdoba management due to the unprofessionalism and lack of accountability. The way that management expressed their empathy was quite the opposite. I was talked down to and told I was wrong when I took the time to follow up with my concern. No management reached out to me, when they said they would. Instead, management shared “ I have never had to deal with this before in my time here, and feel like we’re going in circles”. Communication is key and I do not believe that department heads were in conjunction. The catering manager promised a refund amount one day and the next day general manager, Jack refused to allow me to speak with her and stated “it does not matter because whatever I say goes”. I found this extremely frustrating as the cause of this concern stemmed from catering mistake of wrong delivery date. This was an inconvenience for my family and friends who were out of town and unnecessary, as the issue could’ve simply been resolved by keeping their word with a heartfelt apology. Never did I get a sincere apology for the mistakes on their end. Respectfully, Qdoba will never get our service due to the way, they have treated my family. I would love to speak with corporate to discuss this matter if you’re reading.

Charged over price then price on screen 3 blows Charges $44 can't make since 2 chicken and 1 vege. Never again also guy (black guys) work at serving not representing request need this or that just like throwing in blows. Never again ? not recommended better $44 eat good better restaurants & better serving.
