Idk what her name is, but there's a worker there that Is nothing but rude. She's there every time we go there. Attitude never changes. Makes you not want to come back. They are lucky the food is good.

Excellent authentic Mexican food !!! The best in Kentucky !!! I'm an over the road truck driver that drive's all 48 states and I love authentic cuisine restaurant's when you have old people from that country cooking in the back , that's when you know your getting the real deal !!! The people are friendly and the restaurant is clean !!! Best Mexican food in Bowling Green ky !!!

I went here for lunch the day after Margarita Night, which left me craving Mexican cuisine. Not to be too vulnerable on such a public forum, but I am still looking for an establishment that can replace the Que Buenos-shaped hole in my life. Unfortunately, I still haven’t found what I’m looking for.The queso was runny, almost to the point that I thought they had accidentally given me skim milk in a small Styrofoam cup, which I had never seen before. The shrimp (not shrimp shaped) left me with stomach cramps the rest of the afternoon, which made it hard to do my job, but the rice was fine.

I went to this restaurant and will not go back. I went through the drive thru and asked for 2 chicken tacos with avocado, cabbage, cilantro and cheese. When I made it home I open up the container to this mess unbelievable! They also threw carrots and radishes on my tacos which I didn't even ask for! I just threw them away since I couldn't believe what I was seeing. For some reason they were so busy focusing on the car behind me that they threw my chicken tacos together. I definitely didn't eat the tacos. Next, time I will make sure to check my food and if it isn't right I will walk right back through their door so I can ask for my money back.

Love this place. They can be a little slow, but it is NOT Taco Bell.The food is always fresh and fantastic. Plus+ open 24hrs!My daughter and I have ordered late at night, then come through the drive thru in our PJ'S.It is great to have around.
It's nice inside & service was good.... BUT the food not so good .. street tacos... Not street tacos... Salsa not good & chips bought broke a tooth... But reasonable

The food is perfect, always love it and it always hits the spot. The reason for 3 stars is the service. Normally I dont have any problems but I went tonight and I guess they had a new guy working the window. Very rude and confrontational. He didnt even let me finish my order before he gave me the total and told me to pull around. I ended up with about half of what I wanted to order. He either needs to be retrained, or fired.

The food is good but the customer service is awful. Ordered food from here and we were missing over half the order. The lady who answered the phone when we called immediately started to argue stating that she bagged the order and it was definitely all there. She in no way tried to come to a solution over the issue. She was rude and when trying to work something out to get a refund she hung up the phone.
