A couple of months ago I went through the drive thru and got a French Dip. Got home and the sandwich had been squashed when it was wrapped and it was inedible. Today, I got a roast beef combo, the sandwich was just fair, but the fries were horrible-cold scraps is what I got. Not real French fries. It's hit or miss there. Sometimes it's good and some it's not.

I am the doordasher and last night my app malfunctioned. I had an order for Rally's which I was not able to pick up until an hour had passed since it was placed. I requested that they remake the order but was told they could not do that! This was customer service at its worst.
