I went through the d/t after a drs appt. The robot order-taker did not get my order right. I pull up to the window and the lady told me that I didn’t owe 25.04 but 36.45. Ok I order 2 3piece chicken strips meals with medium drinks and a large order of mozzarella sticks. I pay then once I get home I think about what I paid and that it doesn’t add up. I call to get clarity. I think the lady who waited on me was the same person who answered the phone. She told me she would look into it and call me back. Took my name, number, and receipt number. Waited all night and no call back. How does 2 combo meals and an order of mozzarella sticks equal 36.00? The cheese sticks were like 4.00. So that means the meals were 15.00 each. I’m getting so tired of every time I try to get fast food I end up getting cheated, overcharged, or half of my food is missing.

Myself and a co-worker employed a few doors down from Rally's stop there three/four times a week after work, we provide them with monetary gain constantly. A few weeks ago we stopped by after work and went through the drive through and was completely annoyed by an older male working @ Rally's. My friend made a funny comment to the talking animated voice regarding our order and it was a simple comment stating that we are trying to talk here and can you stop interrupting us. The older employee makes nasty and rude comments to us down grading us with negative recourse. It was a machine that is always talking while your in your car talking to each other, my friend said nothing rude, negative or harmful towards a computer voice system. The rude older gentleman working at the window began making negative and disrespectful comments regarding the statement to the computer and continued to downgrade us in the car. This older gentleman should not be working in an environment where he has to deal with customers. We have stopped going to Rally's on 31 by pass. I can only wonder why anyone would eat there again.I suggest that you by pass that location and find another source of fulfillment when looking for a pleasant atmosphere to buy a simple burger.

I absolutely love rallies and their fries. I love that I can buy at the grocery store. I don’t so much like the new way they do the computer system taking my order but it’s OK. I’ll get used to it and I absolutely love the fact that they are open till 3 am every night of the week because who doesn’t wanna burger at 3 o’clockin the morningParking: Not much to say about parkingKid-friendliness: Staff is always friendly, never matters the time of the day.
