Lead time to ship cookies is 7 days, not 2 plan accordingly
I have found Riley's quality to be hot and cold. While I have received excellent quality products, that just changed. I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter last Wednesday. They said that I could pick it up after 4:00 on Friday. That was great being Saturday was the birthday and the cake would be fresh. I called at 8:00am on Friday to make a slight change to the decorations, only to find that the cake was already finished. Not so fresh after all. When I picked it up the decorations were beautiful. We cut the cake on Saturday morning and the cake was TERRIBLE! It had been over-baked and was very, very dry. We ended up tossing the cake. I guess that they will decorate anything!

I traveled from NKY to Bowling Green for a work event. I was tasked with bringing desserts for 60 people attending our event. Riley's Bakery went above and beyond to make sure our desserts were perfect! Bailey has excellent customer service and I can't wait to work with them again in the future!
The Tea Cookies are my all time favorite! They are soft, buttery, and have the perfect amount of icing on top. We also had a chicken salad sandwich and pimento cheese sandwich. The bread was soft and fresh and the chicken salad and pimento cheese were delicious!
Always on point!
I’ve supported Riley's for years as a local bakery, but I’m beyond disappointed with their outrageous pricing this holiday season. How in the world can you justify charging $130 for a Christmas cookie tray that was $50 just last year? This kind of price gouging feels like a slap in the face to the people of Bowling Green who have been loyal customers.
We look to local businesses for quality and fair pricing, but this is beyond unacceptable. Many families are already struggling, and this hike seems out of touch with the community you serve. I understand rising costs, but tripling the price in one year? Come on.
I hope Riley’s reconsiders this approach and remembers the importance of community trust and accessibility.
Great old time bakery.
