Saladworks used to be one of my favorite places to eat and I ate there at least once a week. However, there was only one salad that I really liked there and it was your steakhouse salad with rustic thousand island dressing. Today, at the Bowling Green Kentucky location, I was informed that Saladworks no longer serves the steakhouse salad. I seldom write negative reviews of restaurants but seeing as how you’ve done away with the only reason I ever ate there to begin with, I will never be back. It was good while it lasted though.

I love saladworks. Salad and toppings are always fresh. Rolls are always warm. However, the employees always seem to be in a bad mood.. they get the job done, but if i ask for extra of something or forget to tell them it's a to-go order, they go completely silent, subtly roll their eyes, or take a deep breath/sigh. I understand you've been short staffed and it's hard work on two/three people, but 1) you're given a break by closing 5 hours earlier than usual and 2) it's honestly not that hard to keep a positive attitude. Been there, done that. Customers notice.

Yum! It's fun that's there's a quick service restaurant fully dedicated to salads. They are a little pricey but I understand since the ingredients are fresh and they are a good full size. I really enjoyed the salad I had. I thought it was interesting that all the salad dressings aren't homemade but they are yummy. Also I ordered my salad through Grubhub and my order was a little wrong. Good but not all correct.

Pay your employees a decent freaking wage and *MAYBE* you wouldn't have to put whiny signs up about "noone wants to work". People want to work, just not for unlivable wages without benefits.

I love their salads.

Have ate here on different occasions and food was good. TODAY was another story. We can eat steak but this steak was raw. Had no flavor and was so chewy you could not eat it. Service was lacking also. The lady threw our steaks on grill and just walked off to leave it on another server who was working very hard on the line. Will not go back and recommend no one else go.

The lady the ran the place was friendly and the avocado BLT was amazing. Salads were great as well!

Very delicious salad! Lost a star for price and some foods being unavailable

My new favorite place to go after my workouts if I want a treat. They have delicious, good quality ingredients. Friendly staff. They also have a great variety of salads, sandwiches, wraps etc. I’ve only tried the salads so far, but I plan to come back more often.

Very friendly place; no hesitance to let me sample a sauce before I committed. I think it was a sweet sesame. I didn’t think I’d like it but the name sounded cool. The sauce was pretty layered and robust so it took a second for me to even take in all the flavors but it turned out to be perfect. Not too sweet or tangy and a perfect complement to my salad. The ingredients were very fresh and the price was perfectly reasonable. But the second visit, my salad was just drowned so I didn’t get to enjoy much of it.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Plain and simple. Everything they have is fresh and fast. You may think it is a little pricey, but I personally think it is reasonably priced for the amount of food you get (salads are huge), the freshness of all the ingredients, and the quickness/convenience of it all. They also offer a WKU student discount! I always build my own salad, and i swear they have every ingredient you could think of to add on your salad! I plan on me and my friend going here soon!!

My wife's favorite place, and even as a carnivore, I find it entirely tolerable. Yeah, its pricey, but not outrageous; you get what you pay for.Selection is good, and the soups are heavenly. Service is spotty, but everyone is struggling to get employees during Covid, and they have always been courteous, but a little harried. Worth a try at least.

Not worth the price. ?

Normally I love salad works. But my roll was hard as a rock today and my lettuce was brown. Like what even.

Come here if you like to pay too much for a salad.
