Sams is a family favorite the crew are extremely friendly and good folks. while it is abit expensive it's worth every penny for the high quality and amount you get. truly the best in Louisville and perhaps the entire state of Kentucky
My husband and I tried Sam’s Gyros for the first time this week, a very nice find. The lamb was very tender and good as well as the rice. The salad was delicious with the taziki (sp) sauce. They give very generous portions. My husband, who normally doesn’t care for this type of food, loved it and said he wants to go back again. We’re looking forward to our next trip there.
Incredible food and service! Will definitely be back!

Stopped in for an early lunch after touring Lost River Cave. Restaurant was clean and inviting, the owner greated us and was very friendly. The best part however was the food. Very authentic gyros and being able to pick what you had on it was nice. The portions were large for the price and everything was delicious. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Good little spot. Uses the good stuff. Proper shaved gyro meat. Handmade falafel. Fair prices. Kinda like a brick and mortar halal cart.

You can't go wrong with the chicken gyro! They make the fries fresh to order, so they're always hot and crispy. The staff is always super friendly too!

There aren't many gyro places in town and I haven't had one in ages ago I came here. We got the food to eat there. They call the lamb/beef meat "steak" or "beef" so just know it's the real lamb meat.
Pros:
1. Portions were huge.
2. The wall art was pretty cool.
3. The guys were nice.
Cons:
1. I don't believe the "sauce" is real deal tzatziki.
2. The food wasn't as hot as I'd like it.
3. Restaurant could have been a bit more clean.
Overall, I'll come back to this place.

I’ve eaten a lot of Mediterranean food in my life… this place takes the cake by far! Friendly and fast service, great portions for the prices, most tender lamb shawarma ever. I would drive all the way from Louisville to bowling green just to try this place again!
This tall guy is very friendly, the food is so good and the place is arty.
Parking: They sell canned soda and bottled water
