I’ve visited this spot about 1x/month for the past couple years & have never been disappointed. The quality & quantity of food that you get for a reasonable price is fantastic. Everything is always prepared fresh & I’ve yet to have a meal I didn’t love & don’t expect to see that change. Absolutely worth your time & money to come eat here ✌🏻

After my very first visit here I've just had mixed feelings about it. On the one hand, food was very tasty and I liked it (had a Chicken Gyros Sandwich). But on the other hand, I'm kinda disappointed with the service. The guy, while preparing my sandwich, was constantly talking with someone on his cell over earplugs. And in the meantime, still while talking to somebody, he was asking me questions what I want on my sandwich, etc. That was actually kinda weird. 😖🤨 I didn't know if you was taking to me and asking, or just talking to the other person on the phone. Frankly, I found it impolite. And that's it. Overall food was good and maybe will be back here again (and hope next time they will pay more attention to the customer, not to the cell phone) to try something different, since it's European cuisine, which is in my blood and always be my favorite.😉👍🏻

The food had bugs in it and when we ordered again it had bugs in it again. When I asked them for a refund they were just so disrespectful. My sister literally cried after she came back home just because of the rudeness.

I went to pick up dinner Togo tonight and my order got mixed up with my husband‘s order and I ordered the falafel plate and he accidentally put my husband‘s lamp all in my box. I told him I was vegetarian and I did not eat lamb. He proceeded to take the lamb out of the box And just put my food on top where the lamb was . I told him again that I did not meat and that I was a vegetarian. I also asked him if he was sure there would not be any lamb in my food? He turned around and I assumed he went to remake my box and instead he just lifted up the box in the light and looked underneath the closed box to see if there was any lamb pieces.
I now am not going to be able to eat the bottom portion of her food at least because there is going to be lamb juice all in my rice and maybe in my salad . I expected my food to be remade since an error was made and lamb meat was placed in my box . When we got home our drink was flat. I found lamb meat in my rice .
I will not be going to this restaurant again. I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service for not remaking my food before I left.
They load you up for what you pay, service is quick, wish I found out about them sooner.

Sams is a family favorite the crew are extremely friendly and good folks. while it is abit expensive it's worth every penny for the high quality and amount you get. truly the best in Louisville and perhaps the entire state of Kentucky

My husband and I tried Sam’s Gyros for the first time this week, a very nice find. The lamb was very tender and good as well as the rice. The salad was delicious with the taziki (sp) sauce. They give very generous portions. My husband, who normally doesn’t care for this type of food, loved it and said he wants to go back again. We’re looking forward to our next trip there.
