I went to pick up dinner Togo tonight and my order got mixed up with my husband‘s order and I ordered the falafel plate and he accidentally put my husband‘s lamp all in my box. I told him I was vegetarian and I did not eat lamb. He proceeded to take the lamb out of the box And just put my food on top where the lamb was . I told him again that I did not meat and that I was a vegetarian. I also asked him if he was sure there would not be any lamb in my food? He turned around and I assumed he went to remake my box and instead he just lifted up the box in the light and looked underneath the closed box to see if there was any lamb pieces.
I now am not going to be able to eat the bottom portion of her food at least because there is going to be lamb juice all in my rice and maybe in my salad . I expected my food to be remade since an error was made and lamb meat was placed in my box . When we got home our drink was flat. I found lamb meat in my rice .
I will not be going to this restaurant again. I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of customer service for not remaking my food before I left.

Sams is a family favorite the crew are extremely friendly and good folks. while it is abit expensive it's worth every penny for the high quality and amount you get. truly the best in Louisville and perhaps the entire state of Kentucky

Food was amazing people working were amazing The food was 10 out of 10 and Really cheap gobbled up the food in 5.3 seconds Definitely will come back We got a large drink and we came back and got free refills And not to mention their large cups are the largest large I've ever seen You guys should definitely come here

We love their combo salad! Low carb at its finest. They have Greek grilled chicken, gyro meat, and falafel. All can be ordered in a pita sandwich, on a plate with salad or rice or both. With their house sauce. All delicious!
