Samurai Steak and Sushi

Came here with the husband for a in town date night and we have never been it was so delicious! Our waitress was very attentive and friendly, the chef (Chef Charlie) was entertaining and had a great conversation 😊 The place is very clean inside! Must try if you haven’t already, definitely better than the other place in town!! More flavorful & better priced, HUGE portions so come hungry 😋 Will be coming back more often

Went in for the first time to try it out. As soon as we walked in it smelled so awful like chalk medicine or something like that. We ended up walking back out after a couple of minutes because the smell was so strong and awful. Can’t comment on the food because we didn’t get that far. Pretty disappointed that we couldn’t try it out.

we only stopped in for a quick bite on our trip but it was absolutely delicious and got to us fast!! the waitress was very kind and attentive. beautiful little restaurant with a hibachi and korean BBQ.

Good food for the price

I usually like to come to this place for my birthday. First time I was ever there. I was very impressed with very impressed with the way the chef would come out and put on a little show at the hibachi loved it since then I’ve made this my place to come for my birthday with my family. The last few times I have been the chef has not impressed me whatsoever no show no nothing A few years ago, a friend of mine from Japan was in America and I brought him there and he was very impressed with the food I just don’t know that I’ll be back very disappointing

From talking to them, they really take pride in the things they do, and it shows in their food and service. I'm going back!

Sierra was a great server. We enjoyed conversation with her.

Not worth the money

Worst Ramen ever, even the restaurant smells weird, fried calamari was great, the rice was also terrible.

Food was good. Weight was terrible. Chef was average atmosphere was outdated and needed working on.

I REALLLLLLY wanted to leave a 5 star review for this restaurant. Bowling Green really NEEDS a good Japanese Steak House. This is DEFINITELY NOT IT.

MAYBE if you've never been to a good Japanese steak house, you'll be happy with this one.

I think their approach is to just put teriyaki sauce on everything.....

The sushi appetizer was horrible. You can go to a drive thru sushi place and get better sushi.

The fried rice? I can buy Walmart frozen fried rice that's better!

Soup? Terrible.

The salad was good. I'll give them that.

The vegetables were undercooked and potatoes? Really? STRANGE.

We won't be going back. I'm was SO disappointed!!!!

This might be the best chicken hibachi I've ever had, and I've tried quite a few! Every bite was delicious, from the ginger salad to the wonderful soup and the hibachi itself. Idk what sauce was on those noodles, but I could have eaten a whole plate of them by themselves! They were more than generous with the yum yum sauce too (they put a giant bottle on the table and let you have at it!).

The staff was very kind and welcoming and knew how to check in on you without bothering you too much. I would absolutely recommend this place and I'm saving it to come back to myself!

Was not impressed with service and the food quality. It wasn’t busy and it took forever to receive my food. Was the last person at the table to receive food and the table wasn’t clean.
