Scooter's Coffee

They were amazing when they first opened. I sure hope they're just having an off week, but they've messed up my order on each of my last 2 visits. They caught it right after they handed me my drink the first time, but this time they just shut the window and walked away. I don't have time to be sitting around honking my horn because I can't reach their window from my car.

A trash can in the drive through would be awesome. My favorite rock star baristas serving a great cup of Joe!

Customer service was top tier. The kind lady at the window went above and beyond to make my experience wonderful. This was my first time at Scooter's, but I will be back, just based on the way I was treated. I used the app and it was easy and quick!

Their blended coffee is now my favorite frozen coffee.
It actually TASTE like coffee and not just overwhelmingly sweet.

Love the different favors of the day. Their mini donuts are perfect for my usual small cup of coffee. They're open early enough for me to "scoot" in before my 6 am. shift?‼️

This has is the best Coffee Shop in Bowling Green! The staff is amazing, you can tell they all take pride in fixing your order to perfection! If I could give more than a 5 star rating I definitely would! They have a life long customer out of my family and

I never understood people who have time to grab coffee before work or bother to pay daily for their coffee instead of making it at home. Scooter's is quick to get you your order so you can get going and it tastes so good it's actually worth it, it's really not a bad price at all. That is beside the fact that their customer service is top tier here. Bac and I think her name is Tracy in the mornings, Are the absolute best. They are always so cheery, patient, and nice! The general customer service is what made me an every day customer and I really hope the company understands that's a thing! I recommend Scooters to everyone now. Keep up the good work!

Kid-friendliness: They are so patient with my daughter who always talks to them. They also have a kids pack that is a good price that my kid loves!

I am not much of a coffee person, but I love smoothies and Matchas. So decided to stop in. I generally don't care much about customer service but the ladies at scooter go above and beyond and seem to genuinely care. They are always kind and uplifting. The music is great. The smoothies are delicious. The iced green matcha could use a little work but it's still good. Over all 5 out of 5 stars in every aspect. Will definitely be stopping here regularly.

Excellent coffee. My first visit in drive thru. Caramelicious hot coffee and it was excellent. Batista had told me it was a little on the sweet side and gave me the choice of making it less sweet, which was an excellent suggestion. Just the way I like it. Highly recommended well woth the stop.

My boyfriend and I have become regulars here since they first opened. The staff is always extremely kind, our orders have never been wrong, and we always receive it super quick. This is the best coffee place in BG for sure : )
