Scooter's Coffee

My family and I used to come here every Sunday and always received excellent drinks and great service. However, during our most recent visit, we had an unpleasant experience with an employee who had an attitude, got our order wrong, and seemed upset when we tried to politely correct it.
Safe to say we will not be going back for awhile.

Service was delightful. My order was just what I needed to start my day off right.

Absolutely amazing location and the staff is so wonderful and kind they always present hot delicious coffee and always willing to assit if you are not sure what something is. Love them so muchhh💙

Great little coffee spot. Bowling Green has a million coffee places now and this one is one of my favorites. Customer service is fantastic and the lady at the window is always very friendly.

I was having a rough morning and my husband told me to stop and get myself a treat so I went to scooters for the first time and left with the biggest smile on my face 😊 I told the guy taking my order it was my first time and he sounded so delighted to help me with my first experience. He told me about the bogo deal and recommended the caramelicious drink, which is wonderful btw, and my son loved his hot chocolate too. So when I get my drinks and hand the lady my card, she said the ticket wasn't there, like it had been paid for already 🥰 I just smiled really big and said thank you so much 😊 this moment really turned my whole morning around. I have never had anyone pay for my ticket before and I must say, it makes you all warm and fuzzy inside 🥰😁 thank you to the guy at scooters who took my order at 9am 😊 and thank you to my husband who suggested I treat myself 😁

They were amazing when they first opened. I sure hope they're just having an off week, but they've messed up my order on each of my last 2 visits. They caught it right after they handed me my drink the first time, but this time they just shut the window and walked away. I don't have time to be sitting around honking my horn because I can't reach their window from my car.
