Didn’t sound very pleasant when servicing me and was rude. Then I asked “do you sell sushi rolls” and his response was “we sell what’s on the menu board”. That was sarcastic and smart of him. He also made other sarcastic comments. Food was nasty today as well. The other 2 times was good but I was given warm food and it tasted a little sour

Horrible! The egg rolls were completely saturated in a pool of grease in the container. The chicken was dry and tastless. The rice was mushy. Plus this terrible food was way overpriced. Don't bother. I couldn't really eat any of it because it's just that low quality

Overpriced for portion size. And last two meals ordered have been dry and lacking flavor. Egg rolls were good. Entire meal was worth about half of the $20+ price for one person - Probably better to go to the nearby Hibachi buffet - same food but better and for a third of the price.

I absolutely love their pink lady fried sushi rolls!! They are the best in town! Anytime I crave fried sushi i go to these guys. Thank you all for the awesome food you never fail to impress. Great taste and cooked well.

A month visit to Bowling Green Kentucky, place ,food and staffs are awesome. Best and fast service, best bowl I ever had in Bowling Green. Thanks to Caleb and DJ.

I have always gotten great food until tonight. I ordered an extra white sauce, didn't get it. The rice was hard and the chicken was more crumbs and the pieces I did get were hard. Please do better

I gave Showgun Express a shot because I’m always down for a good buffet — but honestly, it didn’t hit the way I hoped. First off, the vibe when I walked in wasn’t welcoming at all. The employees seemed like they’d rather be anywhere else but there. No smiles, no “hello,” just cold stares… kinda like I was bothering them by showing up.

Speaking of cold — some of the food was literally that. Lukewarm at best, which is a big no-no at a buffet where everything should be fresh, hot, and ready to go. The selection was decent, but it’s hard to enjoy your plate when it feels like it’s been sitting too long.

Overall, Showgun Express didn’t feel like a place trying to impress anybody. Service was cold, food was colder, and the experience didn’t leave me excited to come back.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars — would only recommend if you’re starving and every other spot’s closed.
