I was really excited to eat my teriyaki steak bowl until half of the bowl was inedible with chewy, gross steak. Really disappointed as it's not cheap and I normally love shogun.

The food is great, specifically the bowls they serve are delicious and of good value (I mainly get a steak & rice bowl). The sushi I feel has gotten better, the spicy tuna roll is my go to and since the last time I've had it there has been a definite improvement.

The interior is lackluster, but this is more of a grab-and-go restaurant.

DRIVE-THRU NOTE: Be careful when entering/exiting this location as the drive-thru is opposite to oncoming traffic. Please enter and exit as normal, do not go against the marked arrows on the ground.

Chicken teriyaki bowls were awesome. Large bowls and very filling. Yum yum sauce was ok but to me took away the grilled flavor of the chicken. Lots of chicken in the bowl too, more than I expected for the price.

Paid $7 for a bottle of teriyaki sauce and got a to-go cup filled with teriyaki sauce with the lid taped on one side. The guy handed it to me in a plastic bag and never once mentioned it. I'm lucky it didn't spill all over my car. We also don't get actual food from here anymore because on multiple occasions we've found brush bristles in the rice. Very overpriced

The worst Shogun in bowling green. Seems to be family ran. Everyone looks a like and don’t care too much about running the store appropriately. So tired of this place. Food under cooked. No utensils to eat with. Over charged. Just awful. In the recent years they’ve went down hill to me. And they use spaghetti noodles.. lol
