We stopped here during a roadtrip. I ordered beef and chicken bowl. The whole bowl got 1 piece of beef in it and everything else was chicken lol. The rice they use is also very cheap rice. Like seriously, it was just blatant that they are not even trying. The total was around 50$ + for 2 people. Also, it wasn’t busy on a monday but their restroom is dirty and doesn’t have anymore soap. On top of this, when you are ordering their machine ask for tip! It also tries to make you confuse to choose a higher amount of tip😹Crazy work definitely should not be in food business.

My daughter took me and my mom here for the first time due to Shogun being closed at 2:00pm and reopening back at 4:30pm. We both love Shogun Express the food, prices, and atmosphere. The cashier who took our order had great customer service. They even have a drive-thru if you don't want to dine-in. Before we left, I ended up ordering some takeout for my son and me. We need one in Hopkinsville, KY.

This experience was not good, I have to keep it real. Maybe they were having an off day, it happens in business. The food did not meet the bar. I thought fried rice meant frying it in a pan, never mind. The next time I'm back in Bowling Green maybe I will give them a make up visit.

They have some of the rudest employees I’ve ever met. I’ve eaten there and gone through the drive thru probably close to 20 times in the past three years and most of the employees I have talked to are extremely rude. They also mess up my simple order about a quarter of the time. Plus the inside is filthy and hardly ever clean. On top of all of that it’s pretty pricey for a very mediocre meal at best. They don’t properly trim the fat and tendon off the chicken or beef.

First I went thru drive thru and placed a order only to have hair in my food the lady working there took it upon herself to put down an10% tip before i had the chance to put a tip down. I’ve tried calling the store to speak to a manager and the extension is always unavailable.. Don’t recommend at all

Our family loves to eat here for Asian “fast food.” The service is always efficient and courteous. The food is flavorful. They also have an outdoor patio, which makes it perfect for when you’re traveling with a pup.

It's like I felt that I was intruding and bothering them with my to go order. Girl at counter was short and distracted and seemed to be disturbed I ordered food. You just can't get decent customer service anymore. Better off with door dash or anything besides human contact.
