My first time ordering from any bespoke ramen shop, and I am not disappointed. As they claim the Misosaurus bowl to be, it packs some heat. That said, all the other flavors of the bowl aren't overwhelelmed by the heat. I have absolutely no complaints, and will be returning to enjoy more of this establishment's food!

The noodles feel off, somehow. Everything else was perfect. The spicy miso ramen had that great tingly heat without being overkill, the shoyu ramen had that lovely heartiness without being too dense, but the noodles lacked that alkaline springiness that you normally associate with ramen. Honestly, they felt vaguely like spaghetti noodles as dense as they were. I'm not complaining too hard, I polished off my bowl and was satisfied, but yeah, something that needs adjusting. The waitress was amazing, major kudos there, and the atmosphere was great.
EDIT: Okay so evidently they have more than one kind of noodle, we had the thick noodles. Will try with udon and the thinner noodles next time.
The only down fall is over half the time I go in they have a list of multi things they are out of.... and it's normally always the same items. (Understood popular but why not adjust ordering if it's a constant thing)
