My first time ordering from any bespoke ramen shop, and I am not disappointed. As they claim the Misosaurus bowl to be, it packs some heat. That said, all the other flavors of the bowl aren't overwhelelmed by the heat. I have absolutely no complaints, and will be returning to enjoy more of this establishment's food!
The noodles feel off, somehow. Everything else was perfect. The spicy miso ramen had that great tingly heat without being overkill, the shoyu ramen had that lovely heartiness without being too dense, but the noodles lacked that alkaline springiness that you normally associate with ramen. Honestly, they felt vaguely like spaghetti noodles as dense as they were. I'm not complaining too hard, I polished off my bowl and was satisfied, but yeah, something that needs adjusting....
