ringed up the wrong order came home to eat and they gave me the wrong food. so i call and they say oh come back we will fix it. drive all the way back and they tell us we repeated it and we all heard it we can’t do anything but give you a 10% off for what you wanted. so why did you tell us that on the phone then? instead of being incredibly rude at the window. never going back.

We waited in a long line to try the dill pickle sandwich. The chicken was not cooked all the way through it was rubbery and it was raw. I would never come here again. How could you think serving that was acceptable then we ordered a chicken wrap and it was just tiny bits of chicken in it very little chicken and the rap was majority lettuce and they over grilled the tortilla. It was way too solid!
Food was food. Cashier was very nice . Place was clean . Better than Raising caines .

My first time going to slims chicken and It was better than I expected it to be. I got a family meal and it came with a good amount of food. The food was good and hot, and the girl in the drive threw was nice. I will visit again. It's definitely better than going to KFC lol. My family meal came with a jug of Sweet Tea, Plenty of Sauces for the Chicken, Chicken Strips, Fry's and Toast. But it does cost about the same as it does when I order a Zaxby's Family Meal. But Slims Chicken does stay open later than Zaxby's which is helpful for us on busy nights that we have to eat dinner a little later.

I love catering office lunches from Slim Chickens! We use the Scottsville Road location, and delivery is always a few minutes early or on time, which is appreciated. I love that I can get grilled or fried tenders to suit a variety of tastes, and that I can remove the chicken from salads and mac and cheese bowls for vegetarians.
