The last 2 times I've been there I've asked for the buffalo chicken tender mac-bowl meal and I get home and it's just a chicken tender cut up into some macaroni and cheese. No Buffalo flavoring and none of the other toppings are on there. Usually I would have gave them five stars, because I usually have no problems in the food is delicious I guess I'll just have to start checking everything before I pull off

The chicken here is excellent! And the price is a little bit more than other chicken places but I feel you get what you pay for here. So far I have only tried their garlic parmesan sauce, and it is incredible! One of the best sauces I have ever had. Even when they are busy during lunch hours they are still very fast, surprisingly fast, so kudos to the hard-working staff there! The indoor seating area has plenty of room and is more open than most fast food places, which is another plus. Slim chickens has become one of my favorite fast food places for lunch for dinner, and I highly recommend it.

We decided to try this place since we something quick on our way back to Hopkinsville. We both ordered the 4 tender combo with a Slim Sauce and Sweet Chili Sauce. The chicken tenders were well seasoned. My wife liked the slim sauce and I liked the sweet chili sauce which reminds me of the Sweet Heat sauce that I get from Popeyes. If I want a quick bite, I would come back again.

Driving home to Indiana and had never eaten at a Slim Pickens. Very disappointed with the experience. I couldn’t understand the young lady at the drive through. She was very quiet and hard to hear. After I placed my order, no total was give and no request to drive up.
The food was delivered in good time. The bad was there was no salt on the chicken or fries. I was given one cup of garlic/parm for 4 tenders and no ketchup. The fries tasted poor, the chicken had a rubbery texture and were about 3/4 of the size you’d get at competitors for the same price. The garlic/parm had a weird flavor. Very vinegary which was odd.
I’d recommend many of the other chicken restaurants over Slim Chickens.

The food was great- chicken almost as good as Cane's. The kid at the counter was very rude to me for no reason.
The food and service were good. Except there wasn't a clean table in the place. I had to wash off a table so we could eat. No excuses, it takes little time to wipe tables and chairs. I don't care how busy you are. The food was great.
