The door was locked. At 6:15 pm. Went to use the poorly lit drive-through. Service was extremely fast when I got to the window. I asked to have the granola on the side because of allergy reasons, and I was told that they had already added the granola to it and they could not change the order. They went ahead to remove the granola and asked if it was okay if some granola was left on top. After I had just specifically mentioned I wanted the granola off due to allergic reactions. Very poor customer service, two adults were on staff.

The girl with the broken arm couldn't even get our order correct because she was high on something. Forgot two of our drinks and made them completely wrong . I'm allergic to strawberries and definitely had strawberries in it

First IZET Greeted me with a BEAUTIFUL Smile his politeness and accuracy to my order was EXCEPTIONAL. Then TU Topped it off with making my Peanut Butter Smoothie “ SIMPLY THE BEST “( Tina Turner song). I’m here Visiting from IL. Thank you for such a GREAT EXPERIENCE❤️
