I go everyday to this location about 1-2pm and Makayla rocks! I get the açaí bowl and she makes it with love! I love this place and when I go Saturday mornings, it doesn’t taste the same :( so moving forward I’ll come only when Makayla works.

This location is the absolute slowest. Every time I have been there I have to wait at least 5+ minutes at the drive thru box to be greeted, and then 5-10+ minutes for my single smoothie order. I have gone to this location on Saturday's and Sunday's when they are supposed to be open and they are not. Today the girl working had what appeared to be her friends in the store hanging out while she was working. I waited 5 min. today at the drive thru box (and was the only car in the drive thru, and there were no cars in the parking lot). Then when I got to the window, I waited almost 10 minutes for a small smoothie. It took so long that the girl asked me to pay again....this location will never get business from me again.

When I walked in, all 3 employees were talking loudly and said the R word very casually. While I was getting a straw, the male employee asked me to hand him his charger. I said what? And he said when you get done can you hand me my charger over there by the table. I shouldn’t have gotten it and handed it to him but I was stunned that a grown man can’t walk 10 feet around the counter to get his own charger, he had to ask a customer. Just not atmosphere I’m use to at smoothie king.
