Customer service is really terrible, and should definitely be taken care of. I don't even want to go to this location anymore.

When I walked in, all 3 employees were talking loudly and said the R word very casually. While I was getting a straw, the male employee asked me to hand him his charger. I said what? And he said when you get done can you hand me my charger over there by the table. I shouldn’t have gotten it and handed it to him but I was stunned that a grown man can’t walk 10 feet around the counter to get his own charger, he had to ask a customer. Just not atmosphere I’m use to at smoothie king.

I always get a smoothie when traveling long distances to help keep me going.. there were some kids who made my drink and ringed me up.. Smart kids, I wish them well and a wonderful successful future!! 🤍💡

The door was locked. At 6:15 pm. Went to use the poorly lit drive-through. Service was extremely fast when I got to the window. I asked to have the granola on the side because of allergy reasons, and I was told that they had already added the granola to it and they could not change the order. They went ahead to remove the granola and asked if it was okay if some granola was left on top. After I had just specifically mentioned I wanted the granola off due to allergic reactions. Very poor customer service, two adults were on staff.

The girl with the broken arm couldn't even get our order correct because she was high on something. Forgot two of our drinks and made them completely wrong . I'm allergic to strawberries and definitely had strawberries in it
