last time i came to this smoothie king Location through drive thru when i got to the window the employees forgot to put my order in and actually stood there and argued with me that they never recieved it which makes no sense as someone clearly took my order moments before. I held off writing a review until today I attempted to go through drive thru three times and never got service, they were very much open. Service is always slow and not great and my smoothies taste different every time i get them don’t have this problem at other loacations. Probably won’t be back to this one.

Went an hour before close. All the lights were off so I worried it was closed so I drove up the entrance and someone was in there behind the counter. However they had a hand written sign saying drive thru only which is fine. Waited 5-10 mins at the speaker, during the time saying hello is anyone there type of stuff. Drove up to the window and waited there for another 5ish mins. No one ever came to the window so I drove around and looked into the front of the store and didn't see anyone. Then right as I was getting ready to give up I noticed someone. So I was like I really want a smoothie I'm going to try again. Did the same thing again and this time I knocked on the drive thru window. No one ever came to the speaker or the window yet again. So I drove around the front and saw the worker just sitting on the ground playing on there phone. Never end up getting a smoothie due to the worker not taking my order. Lost out on a willing customer due to worker not doing their job.

Went through around 8pm (earlier actually?) when we went to order they had a hand written sign on the door saying “drive through only” so I went through the drive through and sat for 5-10 minutes then pulled up to the second window. The lights were off but there was a person inside. Online they said that they were open so I went around again and nothing, another 5 minutes. I pulled around and the worker was sitting on the floor with their phone with the lights off.

Great customer service. This was the first time I have went to this one on this side of town. Normally go to the one on Nashville rd but they have been awful here lately. So I decided to try this one out and see if this one is just as bad as the other one and boy was I wrong. Very nice people working the drive thru when I came through at about 11ish. Service was quick. Thank you so much for making my smoothie delicious and not bitter. Thank you ??

Whenever we see a Smoothie King, we always try to patronize the business: one, they’re usually franchised and two, the smoothies are delicious, clean, with outstanding customer service, not this one. Starting with the lack of welcoming/customer service, the store needs good cleaning (especially for the size, it shouldn’t look that nasty). Let’s start with the clerk Sophie. She needs some customer service training and some training in cleanliness. She was not helpful at all, had an attitude, her clothes or lack thereof, looked like she had nothing on, and they needed washing.I watch her make a drive through order; she wipes her hands on her shirt after she finishes handling the customer's order. Now come one that was gross. Didn’t wash her hands before or after handling the customers food. At least wear some gloves or use a utensil, something other than your nasty hands. She made my drink, and rudely handed it to me, while the gentleman that made my husbands and son, was very polite and gave them a straw. When asked for a straw, she pointed at them, “oh, they're over there” and walked off. Look, we didn’t come in rude or disrespectful. Our presence will not make or break this place, but word of mouth sure helps when someone asks about this place, and wants to know if this is a good spot to get a smoothie.She was so nasty; I threw the smoothie always. I just didn’t trust her. A waste of a drink. Hopefully, someone is willing to take the reviews into account and make some much-needed improvements. If this place is franchised, don’t let these workers mess with your money, with the way they run your store. This places are an investment, and people can ruin a business just as quickly as you get up and running. I really wanted to drink that smoothie and like this place, both just fell short.

VERY SLOW service. There was a line in the drive through and the young guy working was taking one order at a time and completely making their smoothie before taking the next order. I assumed there was just the one guy working but when I pulled up there were two working: the young guy and another young girl.

Great smoothies when they're made right. Excruciatingly slow service at this location. Ordered ahead and waited in the drive thru line 20 minutes on multiple occasions. WTF! Prolly cuz it's all teenagers working there.

Went to get my granddaughter a smoothie. We went to go inside, and the door was locked. Looked as though there were four people working, so why was the door locked? The wife said she noticed the workers inside looked like they were laughing at us, not being able to come in. So we went through the drive-through and had to wait on two cars in front of us. Probably took 20 minutes to get a smoothie because of the wait. I'd avoid this place if possible.

I love going to this site before work. There’s this particular worker who’s incredibly sweet and ensures my order is correct so my smoothie come out perfect! She makes the whole trip worth every dime! GIVE HER A RAISE lol

I went to this location and it was locked and closed at 10:40. The store hours say open at 10 am. I called the other location and they had no idea why it was closed.

I ordered my smoothies and had a free smoothie as well so I only had to initially pay for one so I go to the window give her my card she said it doesn’t work and she asked if I had another payment I asked her if she could type it in and while I was speaking to her she proceeded to close the window in my face she comes back and says it doesn’t work I say OK and I drive away I drive to the first parking spot I go inside I say can you just type this in like my strip on the back it doesn’t work and she was like we tried it doesn’t work and I was like OK can you call your manager or something so she calls her manager her manager tells her how to type it in I also remind her that I had a free smoothie and she says well we can’t refund that so she charges me $20 for two I say this isn’t even what we want it you have the order wrong we order two mediums and she charges us for one large and one medium and I had to pay $20 and it was the worst service i’ve ever had

I've had some decent smoothies here but the staff is always extremely dismissive and impolite. I normally don't write bad reviews but I love SK when traveling and this location is extremely lazy. They closed 15 mins early on me recently so I'll never go back..
