The number 4, Tx toast bacon BBQ cheeseburger and fries must have been from lunch. We got there around 4:30 p.m... that's a small sandwich from what I remember it use to be, the fries were rubbery and dried out cold the sandwich and fries were not edible. I threw it away at home. The Oreo Blast was Great though. Not impressed with that Sonic.

Placed a family order at a stall, had to wait over an hour for 3 kids meals and 3 adult meals just to find one of the adult meals missing when we got home. Manager offered to replace the missing meal when called, so we returned to wait nearly an hour again for 2 burritos before someone came out to ask us if we'd gotten our food yet. When they finally brought the food the burritos were lightly stuffed and all the ingredients were lumped together rather than spread evenly.Usually Sonic is pretty fast and accurate enough that I'd shrug this off as a bad day, but this is the third time at this particular location I've had a wait disproportionate to the number of customers at the time (I'll just go down the road to another Sonic if they're busy) so I'm even less pleased to have to wait on a replacement order that was called in advance but still came out tasting rushed.

I'm currently still waiting for my food after being here for 50 minutes already. i've already payed with my card so i cannot do anything but wait. I'be pressed the red button multiple times and it says it's activated but nobody is answering. other customers have been ordering and getting there food before me and leaving. My order wasn't even big and i'm starving, terrible customer service

I would rate this a 0 star if i.... i was missing my order number 14 and they just gave me a burrito with more tortilla then the actually meat.... always check your food before you leave there and make this give you a Receipt..... because we didn’t not get one and they where blaming us...

will never eat here again. Last 2 times my order was not right. The last time my food was horrible and not what I ordered. The girl I spoke with acted like I was taking money out of her pocket when I asked for a refund . This was all after I waited 45 minutes to an hour for my order. Nothing about that says fast food.

Waiting forever to drive through and the burgers were cold I had to microwave them and the French fries you couldn't do nothing with them

Not good. My client was eating her hamburger n tator tots for lunch, n bit into a piece of someone's hair. Yuck! ?. Someone fixed her hamburger with no hair net on. Spoiled her appetite. She threw hamburger away. What a waste on her meal. Want eat their again.

I made a simple order of a milk shake and cinnasnacks at 9:20pm when they don't close until 10pm. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my order and they turned the lights off and closed with me still sitting there! I pushed the button again to ask what happened to my order and they acted like they hadn't ever gotten it when I had already paid for my order with my card on the order screen! They finally brought it to my car, didn't appologize for taking so long or losing my order, and the food was cold! Horrible service!!!

I would give zero stars if I could. This place is horrible. A couple weeks ago I ordered 2 drinks online. I got there at my designated time. Waited 35 minutes. I ended up having to leave cause I had to go to work. No refund was issued. Last time at 7:19pm I placed an online order of a drink and tater tots with cheese and diced onions. After 30 minutes I pressed the button to ask where my stuff was. They brought it in another 5 minutes. My drink was watered down and tots were cold. Also no onions. Still no apology or refund. I expert fresh. I expect my order cause the app is supposed to help. Management sucks. I won’t return to this location and am thinking of banning Sonic

Almost always get the order wrong. They're very rude and there's a person there with hair down to their hips thats constantly brushing over people's food and drinks. They also have incredibly long painted nails and they don't wear gloves.
