Wow. How can u order a 15 supersonic and the tots come out burnt and the burrito come out cold. And not just this time, but everytime I've been here. Every sonic in the area needs to go 2 nashville rd store for training. I know I know your sorry to hear this and I don't need a number to customer service. Who ever answers these u need to do something about it instead. Answer is I won't be back to this crap hole. Car hop should check to make sure of freshness and nothing is over cooked. It's been everytime I've been here for yrs. If management don't care maybe they should close this store. If I read all these reviews and having same issues. I would be embarrassed. Some people would be looking for a new job for sure, cause apparently they don't like this job

Ordered a large drink to pick up today at the Gary Farm location. Took me maybe 5 mins to get there, I signed in and sat there for 15 minutes. Needless to say I paid for something that I never received. It was a drink, how hard can that be?

This sonic location is absolutely the worst one Iāve ever gone to. No matter the time of day or how busy they are, they have never answered the booth I park at. Iāve parked at different ones, and have even left a particular one to go to a new one in case the booth I was in was faulty. I have left from this location many times (four times total) due to not being serviced. At all. This makes me particularly sad because I love sonic slushies and each time Iāve tried this location, they have failed to even take my order. I will be making the extra drive to go to the scottsville location.

Definitely a miss kind of night. I get understaffing is a huge problem but there needs to be a better way to mange it. 45 mins for cold incorrect food not the way to do it. Honestly just go to Nashville road location.
I wonāt out right blame the employees because they appear to be just kidsā¦ and your team is only as good as your leaders. But when there is only 4 cars in the parking lot and it takes over 30min to get a burger and fries with no response when pressing the call button ā¦ thatās really sad. Donāt waste your time here and only go to the Nashville road location, Iāve learned my lesson.

Waited 20 minutes while the drive through ran quickly. I just ordered two drinks. Said they were short staffed but apparently not in the drive through. The slowest sonic in Bowling Green. They donāt care. Management or the corporation. Where is A&W drive inn when you need them
