I used the mobile app to order a combo, Wacky Pack, and a few drinks. The application said our food would be ready in five minutes, which seemed too fast and I didn’t mind a longer wait. Our food wasn’t brought to us until a half hour after we ordered.
The carhop was very polite and apologetic. She was the only one I saw bringing out food, so I felt bad for her. They appeared to be short shifted.
Both burgers were completely incorrect and the tater tots were cold.
I contacted customer service online (the only option if you use the app) and received a $10 gift card.
We have had a number of issues at the Gary Farm location in the past. It’s worth the time to travel to a different Sonic location in town.

SPIT IN MY DRINK!!! Had a doordash order to pick up and was previously told to come to the door to get it. I did so the third time and they one of the employees got hostile and told me to get out and made many snarky rude remarks. As if that wasnt enough i noticed the drink i was supposed to bring to the person i was doordashing for was slightly open. I fully opened it to see a HUGE GLOB OF SPIT IN IT. ABSALUTELY WORST SONIC IN BOWLING GREEN!!!

You know those overcooked little scraps of fries at the bottom of the box? Image that was the whole box. The double cheese burger was good. Service a little on the slow side. Normally I go to the Sonic by lost river. Never have a problem there but this Sonic was closer.

The salted caramel toffee ice coffee is freaking amazing pls keep it forever! I order it AT LEAST 4 times a week. And the staff was actually very amazing compared to my past experiences with this location!
