If 0 was a rating it would be 0 ordered jumbo popcorn chicken for my kid. It looks like it was just brunt breading from 3 days old that my dog didn't even want to eat when we came home. ? PS the pice that my son tried to eat because he wanted it bad so he grabbed 1 pice he almost choked on it couldn't chew it hard as a rock. Do better guys.

I've been here 5yrs now and I've lived in 30 states. This location is BY FAR THE WORST SONIC I've ever been to. I have eyes and alot of time on my hands. You have a certain couple who "don't" work here. If I call them out; you'll make me a racist...But I have personally watched them work slow and laugh as customers get impatient and drive off. They actually look like they get off on it.I've said it before about this location-they don't deserve to be in business.Also I just marked all your one and two star reviews as helpful. So don't bother with your copy/paste response. Way to go management, claps all around.

I have been to this location a couple times and left dissatisfied on every occasion. Yesterday we went there just for milkshakes. I ordered an Oreo cheesecake and my boyfriend ordered a chocolate covered strawberry shake. The employee came outside and told us they were out of both Oreo and cheesecake and I could get something else. He handed us a milkshake that was supposed to be the chocolate covered strawberry but my boyfriend looked at it and it just looked like fudge mixed with vanilla. So he took it back and said he will fix it and I told him I’ll take a hot fudge milkshake instead. He came back with the same exact milkshake (hot fudge for me) and it was very melted at that point and the chocolate covered strawberry which was also pretty melted and just didn’t look anything like the picture. We ended up throwing both away after just a couple sips. Felt like a huge waste of money. Other times that we have been here, nobody answered the speaker to take our order. I chalked it up to they were too busy. Anyways, I will stick with the Nashville location instead.

We decided to give this location a shot hoping it would be better than the one in Franklin. We were equally disappointed and waited over 10 minutes to order and left with the button still flashing. Reading other reviews, it looks like Sonic management is just sitting in the office trying to respond to reviews instead of helping take care of the customers. Unfortunately, I think this is just how every Sonic is and they have lost our business for good. "If you would like to forward this to the franchise owner...." They don't care. They can see the reviews just like anyone else, they don't care.Parking: Plenty of open spots to wait an ungodly amount of time for subpar soggy food.

I sat in one stall for at least 20 minutes and no one ever came over the speaker to take my order so I switched stalls and sat again for another 20 minutes and finally just went to the drive-thru. My shake had no flavoring in it. It just tasted like vanilla ice cream. Very disappointed with this trip.

Well I'll never go back here. Bought a large onion ring and sonic double cheese burger. Well I didn't think to look in my bag because I was headed to church. Got to church opened my bag and the large onion ring bag was barely half full. So since you think you have to steal from anyone that spent 4 plus dollars for a product your advertising as a large but you don't fill the other fully well that's against the law and is called bandwagon! So thanks for inlighting me on your practices and I will never return to pay for a theft out of my pocket. Thanks!!!!

Everytime we come to this sonic something is always missing from our order. Today we ordered a pretzel which is supposed to come with a cheese sauce, that was missing. I ordered a "dirty" soda and it didn't have the cream in it like it was supposed to. If you're going to be making $15 an hour in the customer service/retail then you can atleast get someone's order right especially when it was correct on the ordering screen
