Russelville Rd. Location: I had a REUSABLE smart card. The deal was "buy 1 medium Blast get 1 free". The young man handed me the order but not my smart card. When I asked for it back he said he needed it a bit longer. While I was talking to another associate I spot him in the back WITH SCISSORS cutting out the promotion. I told both of them that it was a REUSABLE card, but they told me their manager had instructed them to do that. Because of this I can't use the card at Sonic at any other location. I bought the smart card in support of the students fundraiser and bc I'm a single mother, grandmother, and foster mother who usually has several kiddos. Thanks Sonic for ruining this for us.

I went by and got dinner for my husband and I. His was ok but my lettuce on my chicken sandwich was brown. I mean so brown it should have been thrown away. I want be back .

If you’re coming here expect a 15-30 minute wait for stale food and watered down drinks. I place a mobile order every time I go Atleast 20 minutes in advance and still end up waiting for over 10 MINUTES! I only eat here because it’s close to home. I do not recommend

Always something off on the order. Takes forever in the drive-through. Just be prepared to wait 30mins +. Staffs attitude must reflect on if they have help or not sometimes it's great but not to often.

Brandy Thompson who claims to own this establishment is rude, unkind, and demeaning to customers. The staff forgot a sauce which totally happens all the time and was rude when mentioning we needed to pay for it. Not someone you would want to manage your restaurant.

Friendly staff and family loves the popcorn chicken and chicken tenders. My go to is always the footlong coney and tots. Sonics are always consistent with their food and the food runners are very friendly!

I ordered 3 drinks and I have been waiting for 40 minutes. If I wouldn’t have paid with my card I would have drove off. I pressed the red button to try to get a refund and had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to be answered.

I do not leave bad reviews, but giving 1 star is being very generous. I have never had such a bad experience at a restaurant as this one. After our order, later that night- 2/3 of the people were having bad stomach problems after eating this food. We stopped here to get queso fries. The girl asked what size we wanted, we placed an order for a large. When we got to the window, they quickly gave us the order and closed the window as soon as they could. We checked to make sure our order was correct and the amount of fries that we received was not even enough to fully cover the bottom of the fry box. we paid $12 for this. (It wasn’t just 1 order, it was 3!!!!) we knocked on the window and waited for a girl to assist us, she said she could remake them again but they only came in 1 size and it would look the same. We asked if they could at least put enough in to cover the box, she said No!!!! Such a RIP OFF. The queso fries were drenched in ranch, did not have any queso flavoring at all. they were almost sour. The rest of the food that we got was freezing cold. We waited in line for almost an hour for this. People were leaving left and right because they weren’t receiving service. The service was absolutely ridiculous. I love sonic, but this location needs to generously check the staff that they have working for them and confirm that the customers are receiving a meal worth paying for. Being extremely “Busy” is not a reason to half give to the customers that you are serving.
