I have never experienced a ruder employee taking an order, which he screwed up four times (and it was a simple order for 2) then filled wrong as well.
First I want to say… this is the best experience and food I have experienced from a Sonic in a good minute. Keep it up Bowling Green Sonic :) Two happy customers today. We are from TN Macon County Area and the sonics there need to be taught a little something :) Thank you again for good food.

Both burgers that were ordered were prepared incorrectly, had to wait forever to get replaced, fries and tots were mediocre at best. The replacement burgers were ok but definitely not the best Sonic experience of my life. #bringbackpickleos

It's... OK? Don't bother using the app as it's a terrible experience and ends up being slower than ordering there. There have been times where we got our food very quickly and times when we waited 15+ minutes for fountain drinks.
The food is typical fast food. Nothing really stands out for the good or bad.
The atmosphere varies depending on your car since that's where you are going to eat. There are a couple of picnic tables you might be able to use, weather permitting.

This place is terrible... just shut it down! Also, I paid with cash and was only given $10 of my change... they just kept the .91 as a tip I suppose!

I live right next to this one and I have decided I am going to start driving across town if I even want sonic anymore. Rude workers who don’t care, food is always old, burnt, or tastes like old oil. Drinks have no flavor. If you order something that includes a sauce (ie mozz sticks or pickle fries), the GM has instructed the team members to not give you it unless you buy an extra, which is incredibly stingy and unprofessional. Mr Krabs must be running this place. Not coming here again ✌️

Ordered pickle fries on the app and it says it comes with ranch, we get our order and no ranch. So we just click the button and ask for ranch and she then charges us for it, we explained on the app it says it comes with ranch and she said the GM said that the app is wrong and they’re actually supposed to charge people for it and that customers are supposed to add the ranch on the app. She wasn’t pleasant at all either and we were being very nice and she just acted like it was an inconvenience to help us.

Absolute worst. Avoid if possible.
I love this crew. I visited the other day and ordered a cheeseburger on the app with extra pickles. They didn't put extra pickles. They put EXTRA pickles. It wasn't no 1 or 2 extra, guys, it was a whole nother LAYER of pickles. It was like a pickle patty and then a beef patty. This crew made my dreams come true of getting an actual extra pickle burger and I will never forget that moment.
The last time I've had my mind blown this much culinarily was when I took my first bite of a Doritos Locos Taco. I didn't think that moment could be ever be topped, but this crew surprised me. Long live the extra pickle burger.

Don’t expect “fast” food here. It’s just slapped together and not even worth it. They are beyond slow. Food is trash. I always go to sonic. This one is the arm pit of the chain. Lazy in great full workers and the manager is trash.

We put a mobile order in for 3 slushes and fries. After checking in and waiting 30 minutes we asked for our order. We were told they didn't have it and couldn't find one with our name. We had a sick child in the car so my wife told them she would call tomorrow for a refund. As we were pulling out a young man came and miraculously produced a receipt for a refund with our order and order #, then said "sorry I don't have time" and walked off. Very poorly ran business
