Who is the opening staff here? I waited 45 minutes just for the store to not be open this morning at 6 o’clock. The tall, black male in the drive-through was very rude and took forever just to make my order. Find better staff immediately! On the app, it says the store opens at 6 AM not 7 AM

I try to give this place the benefit of the doubt considering it's one of the very few places to eat on this end of Scottsville Road, but it always takes 30+ minutes to get your food in the drive-through or pulled in. The younger employees appear to just be standing around inside. Not sure why it takes so long to get food and then it's cold when they hand it to you. It's supposed to be fast food.

I now on Tuesday it it’s half price cheeseburger, but come on these where so cold and would have to say the meat has been pre made along time ago. And the grove cheese fries for 3.40 was cold and hard, and also hardly any fries in this little basket. I now it was less money but come on folks

Just stopped by to get food for thr family, was told their system was down but saw people outside looking and laughing as I drove off. Called to ask if they were open and taking orders and was told yes. I'll be visiting another restaurant on my trips home after work
Stopped at this Sonic to grab a quick breakfast. I ordered 2 sausage, egg, and cheese burritos with tater tots and sprite to drink. Oh sorry, we are out of sprite. Not a problem, we will take orange Fanta. I ordered myself a supersonic burrito with tots and drink. Cost, $26.65. 😳 Got our food, and I was missing a tot, salsa, and my ticket that shows what I ordered. The burritos had hardly any filling, plus, they weren’t that good. Very disappointing! Hey Sonic, do better!!

I have never experienced a ruder employee taking an order, which he screwed up four times (and it was a simple order for 2) then filled wrong as well.

First I want to say… this is the best experience and food I have experienced from a Sonic in a good minute. Keep it up Bowling Green Sonic :) Two happy customers today. We are from TN Macon County Area and the sonics there need to be taught a little something :) Thank you again for good food.

Both burgers that were ordered were prepared incorrectly, had to wait forever to get replaced, fries and tots were mediocre at best. The replacement burgers were ok but definitely not the best Sonic experience of my life. #bringbackpickleos
