So how is it 1:40 in the morning, your hours are listed until 2am, but im told they aren't accepting orders, only online, but online isnt working. As a restaurant manager myself, im dumbfounded by the statement. I know my district manager wouldn't accept that. Were taking order until 2am if thats our hours. And I've been in the industry almost 14 years. Very rarely do i complain, but this sonic in particular has had some of the rudest, unprofessional employees. They barely get an order correct in the first place, I truly only go to this one out of convince, but I clearly need to choose a different establishment to order from.

I continue to try this restaurant and constantly disappointed. 2 drinks and a fry takes 15 minutes with two cars there. Then the fries are cold. This and Gary Force BLVD Sonic need to close down. They are awful

Good service, TERRIBLE food experience. I ordered a hot fudge sundae with extra hot fudge. I get the sundae and the top is loose. I go to put it back on and liquid icecream streams out of the side of the cup into my lap. Not like a few drops, like half the icecream in the cup is liquid. After cleaning myself and my seat, I eat what little is left and find that they didn't even give me the extra hot fudge I requested and paid extra for. This happened on 6/3/2025 at roughly 6:30 pm.

Ordered Cheesy Bacon stack Burger through the Drive Through. Got my burger and took a bite out of it at it must’ve come straight out of the Microwave!! The Pickle was hotter than the burger. My ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and we got a double cheeseburger. Went back through Drive through and told them we ordered the $1.99 chipotle, chicken sandwich. They charged us $3.39. We didn’t say anything and just took the Chipotle sandwich and left. We got going down the road and the order again was wrong. They gave us a chicken sandwich instead. We’re not turning around and going back because they can’t seem to get their orders right and the food was not fresh!
