Bad every time

Just went through the drive thru and order a smash burger meal. The burger was good and seemed to be fresh but the fries was hard, old and cold. I'm so disappointed in Sonic food these days. Prices shot up but quality shot down.

The service was excellent.

Unfortunately the food order was incorrect.

Foot long chili dog, add mustard and onions. Correct on the order and receipt, no mustard or onions on the chili dog. 🤷‍♂️

The manager Kelly was very rude as someone messed up the payments for our order , she tried to act like she couldn’t print a receipt after telling us an order didn’t go through, she proceeded to clap her hands at us and tell us she was going to go call the authorities if we didn’t move when all we wanted was the correct order. She was also very rude to her employees during this stressful process . Highly don’t recommend

Don’t go to this sonic on Russellville Rd!!! They can’t get your order right for anything!!!! I’ve never seen someone claim to be America’s drink stop and can’t even make sweet tea or slushes! The only thing they get right is the ice!

This locations seems to always mess up everything. Not once has my order ever been correct. I now see why its always empty and why they have so many bad reviews. Take our advice and go elsewhere, you'll be thankful.

Placed my order on the app and waited 30 minutes to receive my order only for the carhop, Dakota, to inform me the drink he had wasn’t mine and he would be right back with it. After another 20 minutes he hadn’t returned so I hopped in the drive thru to ask for my drink and proceeded to wait another 10 minutes in that line. At the window we were met with an employee trying to give me a drink that wasn’t mine, a manager with an AirPod in his ear complaining that his carhop had orders to take, and a carhop (Dakota) who said no he didn’t make my drink and he didn’t remember it being ordered. I offered them to look at my receipt 3 times for my remake drink and still received an incorrect drink that tasted like straight cherry syrup with a lid covered in soda. When we mentioned having to wait an hour for fast food no one in the store had anything to say. At this point the food we had received 30 minutes ago was cold, and my fries were stale and inedible.

Horrible service, horrible management, will not be returning to this location.

We waited nearly 30 minutes for them to bring out our food, we got a partial order, and are told that the rest would be right out. 20 minutes later we are still without the rest of our order so we drive to the window and are met with a manager listening to music with airpods, another worker standing around, and a drive thru worker that tried to hand another drink that wasn't ours. We waited at least an hour for fast food. If I wanted to wait for an hour, I would have gone to a sit-down restaurant. Not to mention, the drink they gave us was wrong, and the lid was covered in soda.

I'm not happy. This is the last time I trust any sonic for a while
