Never left a bad review in my life but repeatedly get a splash of milk in my coffee. More like splash of coffee in milk. Can’t order on the mobile app because it happens almost every time.

The workers are phenomenal! With that being said, the place is extremely hot. I'm a daily customer and this has been a problem for over 2 weeks. The poor baristas are killing themselves working in that heat. There is never enough employees to take care of all the customers. Even with horrendous working conditions Maddy and Summer always have a smile and treat me like I am their only customer. Starbucks should have enough money to fix the ac, as much as they charge for drinks.

I’m very disappointed the two ladies were rude especially the barista she was not listening to how I wanted my coffee and still did it wrong I would had not been so mad if she didn’t have an attitude in the beginning and I asked the other lady for the baristas name and she refused so I will be calling corporate

I spent 12 minutes waiting in the lobby for a Cortado. I watch 14 cars be served in the drive through during that same time. The practical outcome that lobby customers are so very unimportant is abhorrent.
I just want to say that Summer that worked this Sunday afternoon was working her butt off and I appreciated her hard work because she was busy.

If you have specific instructions for your drinks, order at the counter. I ordered my drink with ‘light ice’ and it had to be read by the barista as ‘extra ice’ because the cup was so full of ice, I barely had anything to drink.. and of course I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to have it remade.. other than that, this location is really good.
