If you have specific instructions for your drinks, order at the counter. I ordered my drink with ‘light ice’ and it had to be read by the barista as ‘extra ice’ because the cup was so full of ice, I barely had anything to drink.. and of course I was in a hurry and didn’t have time to have it remade.. other than that, this location is really good.

Friday morning, I ordered an in-store pick up as I do every morning. They were very behind and it was packed but that’s ok, you expect that as a customer and I was totally fine with waiting. I sat there and watched the barista make orders and thank people for being patient. Then she gets to mine. This place is packed and she is complaining about how ridiculous my order is as she’s making it. So when she says my name I have to get up and get it after everyone just heard her complaining about how ridiculous my order is the whole time she’s making it. It was so embarrassing. It didn’t take her any longer to make mine than anyone else’s so I was just confused. It sucks to be understanding and patient and then get humiliated for your order.

Customer service is 5 star but I gave them 3 bcuz the milk they used was expired. Not a good feeling. Ice Carmel macchiatos are my addiction and I never have a problem after I drink them.

Arrived this morning to get two iced chais, and walked out with two iced milks. I watched the employee dump what would conservatively be, an entire gallon of milk into the two cups and call it good. Walked back in, asked them to remake it (which I've never done anywhere) and left with the barest hint of chai I've ever had.

Can 100% understand if you’re busy but 20 minutes for a coffee is absurd. Also the drive thru was backed up and people were inside and two girls behind the counter are just standing around talking.
