I had a pick up order this morning and they completely messed both of my drinks up. I ordered them both Grande and got them small. On one of them they completely forgot the cream so it was just black coffee with caramel drizzle. Starbucks do better. $15 wasted

I had an online order for a chocolate croissant and a pumpkin chai, and they FORGOT my chocolate croissant fully, so I had to go back in, and they gave me a caramel macchiato instead of my actual drink. They also messed up my friends drink. Very unhappy and it made me lateš

I do occasionally come to this location but due to it parking lot I try not to when in my truck because I usually have a trailer. Food and drink are always correct and my son always loves getting a cake pop or cheese danish

Lol I waited for 10 minutes and finally had to assert myself to be heard. Six people behind the counter and not one of them addressed me. When the order was finally ready they didn't even look up to hand it to me. I can see why your franchise is in trouble

Well, itās a franchise coffee shop just like most others by the same name. If you want extremely sugary flavored coffee this seems to be the Cream of the Crop. Honestly they look at you a lil funny when you want just a plain black coffee. Staff was friendly, there was plenty of seating and the place was clean.

MONICA AND THE OTHER LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE WERE VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL AND NEED TO BE FIRED! IF YOU DONāT KNOW HOW TO ANSWER THE PHONE AND GIVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE THEN DONT WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! MONICA WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND YELLED MAAM ON THE PHONE! WHEN ALL I ASKED WAS A SIMPLE QUESTION AND ASKED FOR THE MANAGER! IVE NEVER HAD THIS EXPERIENCE AT THIS LOCATION! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND IM CALLING CORPORATE IMMEDIATELY! HANGING UP IN MY FACE WAS THE WRONG THING TO DO! I JUST CAME IN AND ASKED IS THERE A MONICA YHAT WORKS HERE AND THE BARISTA W/ COLORED HAIR LIED TO MY FACE! I WILL NEVER SHOP HERE EVER AGAIN!

I wish they drive thru cars didnāt block the entrance (when busy, you might have to weave between cars if entering rather than driving through).
I liked the long bench near the cashiers - I havenāt seen seating like this elsewhere.

I walked in this morning to pick up my mago dragon fruit refresher and when I tried it at first it tasted like it was made with lemonade. So I politely asked, āI think this is lemonade, Iām so sorry can you re make it.ā After I said this the man who I told was visibly annoyed he told me āTake another sip, I made it myself, I know I made it with water, but whatever Iāll remake itā at this point Iām just uncomfortable and I was like well I donāt even want them re made but he was already dumping it out. I find it extremely un professional how the situation was handled and the other workers were very kind and made sure that it got fixed so thank you. But to the man who made my drink you donāt talk to paying customers that way ever. Iām very upset with my experience.
