My sister had a gift card which had a specific amount of money on it, she couldn't cover all of what she ordered with her gift card, so she used her 10 dollar bill to cover the rest. They took the 10 dollar bill instead and used 26 cents on the gift card. My sister, who is 9 years old is devastated because she was planning to spend the ten on something else, but they crushed that.
