You are not greeted when you walk in, the staff did not seem like they wanted to take an order. I mobile ordered and waited at the order pick up. They never addressed us as we waited. We watched the mobile pick up area (which was located by the drive through so we couldn’t just grab our order once it was ready and it was not obvious that it was ready) they originally stuck it in the drive through drink area, about 3 minutes later the drive through person put it on the mobile...

Usually the cracker barrels pretty good.But this time I ordered pot roast and it was burnt Didn't say anything, but that's okay. I won't order that next time. And it was $35 for 2 people.
