My footling BLT was so great! Totally consistent all the way through the whole sandwich and the staff was so nice and listened well to my sandwich requests. A bug thank you to the staff in Bowling Green,KY on Fields Dr. For a great meal!

I did a pick up order in the drive thru and had no issues, the lady was very nice.

I went into the building to order a sandwich, got a footlong with half and half of different meats and veggies, got to the sauces and said several times i just wanted mayo and southwest sauce. They said it back to me but said tomatoes which i corrected them, but when i was paying i looked over and seen they were putting tomatoes on it. corrected them, again and they took it off but the juices soaked into the bread and now it taste like tomatoes.

Not to mention subways decision to hide the meats is for a reason, hardly got any meat on my sandwich, meat to bread ratio was crazy off. I will not be going back tbh, I'll just go do different sandwich shops from now on.

If you go here, just watch them, make sure they make your sandwich right. Used to work at a subway so I can understand misunderstanding once or twice but this was just frustrating have to repeat myself so much and subway still get it wrong.

I’m really getting aggravated with every time i go to this location an not get what a sandwich or ect should be like each time i got the bare minimum of meat. Feed others how you would expect your food to look give people there money worth, i don’t wanna just be eating bread. Y’all have a 3.6 rating do better ??

Went too get some food and the doors were locked they had a sign that said "lobby closed drive thru only" nothing about why it was closed. If the lobby is going to be closed for good maybe they should take dine in off as an option. I can see why this subway gets the least amount of business compared too others.

This is probably the worst Subway in Bowling Green. The lobby is always closed. Still scared of covid I guess. They always seem to mess up my order on the rare occasions I actually order from this particular store. They barely put anything on it you request. If you ask for normal or more on a topping it's always on the less side. Don't give people 3 different options if you aren't ever going to give them what they ask for. They will also not give you extras you might ask for like Avocado that you pay extra for.

Today at 3:11pm I pull up behind a vehicle, and they were shouting heinous remarks to this poor helpless worker. Then they just sped away, and I was left to wonder if they just came to scream at her. I ordered my sandwich, and came to the window. The poor worker was crying because she was in distress from hurtful comments of the previous car. Please treat subway workers better they go through enough based on the rest of these reviews. I think ya’ll are the problem honestly. Btw my sandwich was delicious.

This has to be the worst subway shop in America. On July 7at 3:10 who ever runs the drive thru needs to be fired. Absolutely the rudest person to speak at a drive thru. Condescending attitude and when we called in To get the name of the drive thru lady they said we dont know who was operating the drive thru. So that tells me the whole store should be let go. When did Subway get so desperate to hire such horrible workers. Won’t be eating there ever again.

Doors are locked at 3:30 in the after noon and there are people behind the counter making sandwiches and not acknowledging I’m outside the door when it says they are open

The person who helped me, Madison and Charlene, was so amazing. She was very patient and answered all of my questions without getting frustrated unlike other experiences at subway. I would suggest going day shift because they seem to have it together.
