Staff seems only invested in getting customers in and out instead of being courteous and kind without the rush behind servicing and paying. Yelling “YES?” Or “NEXT” for service doesn’t warrant a very friendly reaction from people
While visiting my best friend there in the hospital I usually at at the Subway on the first floor of the hospital (The Medical Center - Bowling Green) and had the opportunity to sample much if not all of their menu. The staff was always friendly, professional, and helpful. The food was very good - I even became addicted to the Spicy Italian.
