Ordered a pepperoni meatball footlong, received a footlong meatball sub missing a few meatballs, no pepperoni and no cheese. Went back so they could fix, only to receive a 6 inch sub also horribly made and made with attitude. Wasted two days of lunch breaks. Glad there’s several subways to pick from won’t be back to this one.

Our neighborhood Subway was out of bread the day we went so we decided to go to the next closest store and were pleasantly surprised with the service and quality. The gal who waited on use was very pleasant and quick witted, a true champion of customer service. The subs were above average. We will go out of our way to visit this store again.

Placed order online and picked up, got back to my hotel to find that my sandwich was not exactly what I ordered. Spinach that I didn't order and no sign of lettuce or tomatoes. The lady I encountered in store was, I'm certain, the one everyone else has already mentioned. She doesn't seem to pay attention to detail. Please dismiss her, she is not doing you (franchise owner) any good.

On our way down I-65, we decided to stop to grab lunch. My kids love subway so we stopped here. I highly recommend stopping in for a sub! The service is amazing! Good customer service seems rare these days, but I was so impressed that I decided to leave a positive review!

The little lady that works there is INSANELY RUDE. She ruined my good vibe for the day being sarcastic and forcing my younger child to put certain things on his sub when he didn't want too. I could go on and on about all that she did... Thank God there are more subways here in town since this one is a no go for me anymore!

The short girl that works at this location is extremely rude and argumentative with customers. They let her run the show by herself, with no other staff. Sometimes you have to stand in line for 20 minutes because there’s no one to help her. Know what you want to order or put on your sandwich? Wrong. She’s gonna tell you what she will put on it. I’ve tried many times to give her the benefit of a doubt (maybe short staffed, etc). I asked to speak to a manager tonight and she told me they wouldn’t be back for a month, they’re in India. Likely another reason she thinks she can treat paying customers however she wants. Also, look at your receipts! She’s overcharged me multiple times.

Terrible service, rude employee, was told I couldn’t customize my sandwich, which I thought subway that was the whole stick of subway was the your choice but I guess not anymore. If I could give less than 1 star I would. I don’t recommend this subway go to the other one in town save yourself time and a headache for the same price and same food

I placed an order on the website as a guest. It took the money out of my bank account and showed the store number and phone number on my banking app. However, they claimed they did not get my order and absolutely refused to do anything about it or tell me how to get my money back. Guy just said "don't know what to tell ya"

We were on a Hot Rod Power Tour we went to this Subway. The food was delicious they made it perfect the service was outstanding. The atmosphere was out of this world. ? The people there were great , kind , smile ? took care of us. We were from New York they were great ? took really good care of us.

Parking: Plenty of parking there.

I went here on 5/3/24 around 7:30pm to order dinner, however the small Indian worker was very rude for no reason. While I was looking at the menu, after I had said that I would need a minute to look at the options, she asked if I'm ready yet, to which I responded no. Shortly after, I tried to use a coupon, and she said that it would be better to use another coupon which I didn't want to use because it would make the same order cost extra money. She said the store doesn't offer the coupon I wanted to use, and she said I can order it online instead. Well when I did that, the app said that the store doesn't accept any coupons. I asked the worker about it, and she said that she already told me which coupon to use, and I explained her that I wanted the cheaper coupon, and she said that I wasted 45 minutes rather than wasting 5 minutes by ordering with the coupon she said to use. This was very unprofessional and unexpected, I work in food service and I would never tell a customer that they're wasting time placing an order. I ended up leaving because her rude comments ruined my night and I didn't want to purchase anything from that location anymore. Very bad experience, I recommend other restaurants that have better service.
