I have to say, the staff at this subway is absolutely great. This makes the dining experience so much better. We've gotten to know the staff here, they're, 1. Professional 2. Friendly They listen to the customer on how they want the sandwiches made. This is an excellent store.

I usually don't eat here but pick up for another family member occasionally. He says the subway on the bypass is better, I have no idea. But I do know the one on the bypass has not yet raised prices and this one has.

This Subway was clean, friendly and good food. The store manager (Keval) went above and beyond for customer service. I forgot my jacket at Subway and after I travelled 800 miles back to Wisconsin, I called Subway in Bowling Green and Keval said my jacket was there and that he would happily ship it back to me. I not only received my jacket right away but I also got a kind follow up call from Keval a few days later to see if my jacket had arrived in Wisconsin. Thank you for the great customer service!
