I usually don't eat here but pick up for another family member occasionally. He says the subway on the bypass is better, I have no idea. But I do know the one on the bypass has not yet raised prices and this one has.

This Subway was clean, friendly and good food. The store manager (Keval) went above and beyond for customer service. I forgot my jacket at Subway and after I travelled 800 miles back to Wisconsin, I called Subway in Bowling Green and Keval said my jacket was there and that he would happily ship it back to me. I not only received my jacket right away but I also got a kind follow up call from Keval a few days later to see if my jacket had arrived in Wisconsin. Thank you for the great customer service!

Food is always good sometimes there's a wait and it's understandable, but I don't like when you had them your bank card and the stick the reader out to you and say there's a tip option, they already get paid to work there and I'm not tipping someone to make mine I feel like I'm being put on the spot and when you say no thank you the girl there will say I feel like we went through this the other day, yes we did, I'm still not tipping someone to make my food, that's it...

Too expensive, not enough meat in sandwich without paying extra on top of already high price. Hard to communicate with a couple of people that work there. Plus, the advertising says they changed stuff but all they really did was rename the sandwiches and get rid of my favorite sauce, Subway Vinaigrette. Wraps are the best value meat to money ratio. Wraps are the only thing that I get. Still amazing cookies.

Bread was fresh and soft.Staff was quick and efficient. There is a drive thru at this location...being from NY state hadn't seen this before...it is a welcome addition...and kudos to whoever thought of it!

There was no meat on my philly cheese steak only peppers and onions. Just went to eat it this morning and was nothing I took pictures. Will never eat there again!

Staff looked completely overwhelmed, cursing alot. Equipment kept messing up. Sandwich was good though. Management should look at quality of life improvements. Also the front of the window case is really hard to see through. Couldn't even make out what some of the proteins and veggies were.
Favorite subway in the world. Cleanest one too.
