My friend was in the hospital & I went through the drive through Dec 19, 2024, to get her a sandwich. I ordered Turkey, cheese, lettuce and Mayo. Chips & water. The only thing they got right was chips & water. I didn’t open the sandwich bc I had been at the hospital. My friend told me the sandwich was only Cucumbers and Lettuce and Mayo. NO TURKEY OR CHEESE. I will never go there again. The guy dropped my money on the ground. I called them on the 20th. No manager there but the employee said they’d leave her a msg & have her call me. Nope didn’t happen. BTW. I didn’t order any cucumbers because they hurt her stomach. Everyone stop going there so they will go out of business. Several bad reviews on this Subway

I have resorted to leaving reviews… quality food/service has become non existent. I won’t even be eating this veggie delight bc it has like 3 pieces of vegetables on a soggy piece of bread. Extra annoyed and hungry.
Vegetarian options: I go to subway because it’s an easy veggie grab and go… not anymore.

I asked for exactly what was on the menu this lady puts the wrong chicken on it can’t figure out how to make it and keeps walking off. Rude and dumb employees just cancelled the order

we were waiting more than 20 minutes for one order, the lady taking orders was so rude and she would make us repeat more than 3-4 times of what we wanted. Food was not good at all.

As I post on all fast food places, subway is subway. They are all the same. The one near our house is, I believe, owned and mainly operated by folks that English is not their first language so sometimes communication can be difficult. Do not bother with the footlong cookie or pretzel. Ours were not fresh.

Today i gone lunch this 650 U.S. 31 W Bypass, Bowling Green, KY 42101 subway store and i buy vegetarian footlong and she is a give me wrong footlong i give back footlong and i talk mangers is a say your mistake not my and she is talk me rude and loudly and unrespeactAnd she is a very bad person she is a not given my money back and say you can do anything i don’t careI never gone again

Ordered the food online while in the parking lot, and it was nasty. He even paid for extra meat and didn't get it. Ask for sauce in the side, and it was in a tiny cup and got footlongs. Sauce was enough to cover almost half.
