Best place to take a nap in town. Give ya a good hour to snooze even if you are the only car in line.

Don't waste your time here. I ordered AHEAD on the app, pulled up, waited like 15 mins before the line even moved for the car in front of me to get to the speaker, my car was low on gas so I pulled out and went in and told them I had a drive thru online order that I need to pick up inside now. The guy at the front said no worries and told the whole staff that it was no longer drive thru. Then I waited a good 40 minutes while the guy was having casual conversation with someone at the front. Then when I finally go up to ask about my food he grabs it and goes, "sorry I forgot you weren't in the drive thru I had it sitting over there" when I literally was in front of him the whole time. This place is always so slow, and I normally don't leave reviews but this is ridiculous. No telling how long my food sat up there. Will not be coming back.

If I could give no stars I would. This place just like all the others especially off scottsville rd suck. The food‘s always falling apart. It’s never cooked properly. It’s always cold when I order a hardshell taco. It’s softer than and musher than the softshell taco like people get paid to work there I pay for the food I would like edible food would be nice. People here are so rude never have gloves on don’t wear a hairnet. Half of the employees in the back smoking pot like do your job or go away so someone else can get hired that will actually do the work properly. For how many restaurants Kentucky has in Bowling Green alone all of them should get shut down until they get workers who actually want to do their job.

Everytime I make the mistake on choosing this taco bell the order is always wrong and takes 20+ minutes. Lazy workers tried making me pay .50 cents for Sauce after waiting a half hour. Then had to drive back cus the order was completely wrong… Again this is about the 5th time atleast.

We decided to go to this location for lunch and I was very disappointed. The moment we walked in the guy working the counter was spouting off political junk and trashing the other political party. I understand that today is Election Day, but I still don’t want to hear anyone’s political opinions while I’m trying to eat my lunch. I feel sorry for the other workers that have to listen to his rants the whole shift.
I ordered some Doritos locos tacos without lettuce and when I received my order there was hardly any filling in the tacos. I started to eat but the moment I bit into the first taco the bottom broke apart, creating a mess in my hands. I decided to return to the counter to ask for a bowl so I could just crush up the tacos and eat them as nachos instead. The guy at the counter looked at me funny when I asked for a bowl and told me to wait a moment before walking to the drive thru to take an order. I stood there for a good 5 minutes being ignored before I gave up and just tried to finish my meal the best I could. As I was finishing up, the worker returned to the counter and continued to spout off more political crap so we decided to leave.

Food quality is top of its class for Bowling Green however the lack of employees and Boosie steady stream of any customers makes for slow service. Doordash orders on the add to the confusion and the madness. For me the food rarely disappoints.

Love this location! They actually give you the right amount on your nachos. The one in russellville you end up eating mainly plain chips it's ridiculous. Not to mention the service here is always excellent!
