Stopped in around 9 pm and there was a lot of people in the lobby. Workers let us know it would be awhile as they were short staffed. Yes there was a wait for the food but they did give us free drinks and everything was great. Good service

Taco Bell is my all time favorite fast food place to eat. But there are several that have a lot of service issues. This one is usually the best one in my town,but today wasn't one of those days. I was going to utilize the drive thru but the line was ungodly long so I opted to go inside. I had to use the giant tablets once inside cause there was no one at the counter to take my order. 2 guys were in the lobby but were changing menu boards. The food was as good as always to me.

The K Green Show
Recent visit to TB for a quick grab was an okay meal. Asked for hard tacos and when I opened the bag, they were soft. Not the end of the world, but coupled with no napkins, it was an adventure. But compared to the other taco bells in Bowling Green, this one is by far the best, thus the 4 stars from all of the past visits that were good and great. Bring back the Choco Taco! ?
Don’t even think about going into the lobby to order. They will get every single drive-through car out before they even start your order. I asked for a refund because I had to leave because I’m supposed to be working right now and instead of giving me the refund, they start my order, which is one burrito.

You will be waiting in the driver thru line for atleast 20 min every single time you go.

Every thing about this visit said I won't be back. ?I ask for a chicken burrito ? No hot anything and they kept trying to sell me some new Chipotle something. ??♀️I finally ordered a $1 menu burrito ? and it was overloaded with hot cheeses ( what I didn't want??♀️). The soda was weak because the syrup was out. All-n-all I wasted $13 on garbage ?️. The cashier's attitude at the window said "and don't come back!" I will be making my own from now on! I was afraid to eat the bell grande because they might have spit in it ??So drive thru- I give -0Food order- I give -5Courtesy- I give -9Experience - I give -15 out of 10Parking: Parking is minimal but the drive thru is a trap !!!! You couldn't drive off or back out or drive around. Once you're in there you have to go to the window ?.

Stood at counter waiting for service for about 30 minutes with 4-5 employees standing in the back talking. Then it took forever to finally get the food once we got our order put in. Won’t be back!
