Went to the drive thru ordered Belle Grande no tomatoes and extra everything else and a number 5. I hurried back to the hospital when to find out his Belle Grande wasn't in the bag. So I tried to call and let them know of course all I got was hung up on twice. So I gave him my food while I did without. Do better guy's because I really love tacos.

How is it that everytime i order its wrong. its not that hard, I’ve been in food service my entire working career and y'all don’t know how to read the “no sour cream”…. its literally one less thing for an employee to do? like i know its not that hard. And then they have the nerve to get an attitude when you come back through. Get it together.

Wait 20 mins for a grilled steak burrito, soft shell taco, and order of fiesta potatoes. I way the only one in the lobby. One worker came out and sit down on break and 3 others in the back. After waiting 20mins I asked for a refund and told them it’s should not take that long. The manager stated it does when they’re working on a “big” order. I asked if they had a big order and she said yes, they had 24 soft shell tacos to make. I could had went to a sit down Mexican restaurant and ordered and already had my food in 20mins. Piss poor management here.

Went to take a bite of my Doritos Locos Taco and bit into something hard. Pulled out a huge piece of cardboard just sitting inside the taco shell. Tried calling to see if maybe I could get a refund and nobody answered. Instead I shall leave this lovely photo and review.
Edit / Update: My 3 year old was complaining about his cheesy roll ups which he usually loves. They have lettuce in them?!? Like how?! 🤦🏻♀️
