Horrible place!!!! Do not eat here. Food is poor quality, the manager doesn’t care and you’ll see if you call to complain. Unorganized, the lobby was a disaster. The employees were behind the counter with cigarettes hanging out of there mouth, cussing and looking at me like I was the problem. The food was skimpy, and questionable. There was next to no meat on any of the items, barely any sauce, and looked like it was left out and dried up all day. Never again! This is 12:21 am. Hope that whole shift gets cleared out. Managment included! Do better

We sat in the drive thru for over an hour waiting for 1 order. These employees work with no urgency and the service is trash. Will never come to this place ever again

I stopped by just after midnight and was greeted by a yound man name Angel at the drive-through window who took my order. His positive energy and genuine friendliness completely elevated the experience — it felt like more than just picking up food, it was a bright spot in my night. I’ll definitely be coming back and hope to see him again. The food was fresh and delicious as well.

Walked inside around 9:20-9:25pm, since the drive thru line was slammed.

No other customers were present inside. The kid at the window looked at me while I’m standing at the counter waiting to place my order, then went back to doing whatever he was doing before. I was able to place my order at 9:33, but only after I started glaring at him enough for him to walk over to the counter. After placing my order, I noticed on the receipt that something wasn’t right, so I waited at the counter (again) for over 5 minutes before being addressed. During my wait, one of the employees was standing at the counter chatting with a friend (likely while on the clock, otherwise why do it there?)

My order wasn’t ready until just before 10pm.
Is a 30-minute wait for FAST food the norm these days?

Drive thru was horrible as always. Didn't get my order right but line was waaaay too long to go back around it. Called in the mess up they claimed to put in book Soni could grab it the next day, never was put in the book and didn't get my order right. Paid for it again, and the got it wrong again!!!!

I was hesitant at first to have taco bell, cause when I was in central city I got food poisoning. But the taco bell here is amazing and has very friendly people.
