Always takes 20-30 minutes just to get through the drive through with less than 5 people in it. At the window takes another 10. Food is always cold by the time i get it, or incorrect one. This will be my last time coming

Our daughter very recently moved to WKU, me and my husband had never eaten at this particular location til yesterday. It's a smaller location, smaller parking lot and dining room. The food tasted fresh & great, the service was reasonably quick, my only complaint is I felt the blonde woman who waited on us could've been a little bit more friendly. The dining room also had a few tables that needed to be cleaned. Other than that, I'd definitely consider returning if in the area.

I bought around 50 dollars of food. Waited 40 minutes to get my to order. Went home, and half of the order was missing. Went back and told them. They were not friendly about the mistake. But ultimately made the missing items. Get home, and the order was still just messed up. Missing sauce on my quesadillas. Taco supreme with no toppings. Not one apology given. Just terrible service and experience.

food came out wrong. it also triggered an allergic reaction, which raises hygiene concerns as there is not an item on the menu that I am allergic to, so I don't think the individuals in the kitchen wash their hands

I just want to say that I am continuously amazed with the service at this location. I go out of my way to go to the Russellville Rd location even though there's like 20 others in Bowling Green. The food, the service, the wait times all blow the other locations out of the water. Taking the time to write this review unprompted, should be evidence enough of the quality of this location.

So we have gone here a few times we went today because we were hoping that after having a face lift and hopefully some retraining the food and service would be better. It was not. We were missing a couple of items from our order, the drinks tasted like the machines had not been cleaned, the food we did get was slapped together and falling apart. EVERY taco we opened was broken apart and we were unable to even pick up the Tacos we had to eat them in bits picked up here and there.
