I ordered online and got one taco and one drink. I was told it would take less than 5 min. I got stuff in the drive through line for 45 minutes before calling and trying to cancel my order and get a refund. They said I would have to come in and dispute it in the morning. Meanwhile, some guy behind me got his mobile order hand delivered to him within 5 minutes of pulling up. Absolutely ridiculous and completely unprofessional. A bunch of teenagers and incompetent people working here. I’ll never go back.

We ordered 3 different boxes and one of them was to have no nacho cheese and no sour cream due to a dairy restriction. And we specified that on the touch screen. To top that off 2 boxes were to have chips with nacho cheese and the 3rd with cinnamon twists. Well what we got was this: 1 box with cinnamon twists 1 box with cinnamon twists and nacho cheese 1 box with cups and naco cheese
Quality Control... There is none.
The new dipping burritos were delicious though with the chipotle sauce.

Went to drive thru and ordered Supreme luxe box for my self and loaded beef nachos for my girlfriend. Told them no beans on my 5 layer burrito and I wanted extra beef on it. I only live 2 min away from taco bell so, walked in the house and opened my food. I attempted to eat my chicken chalupa but the bread was super old, stale and hard. ( Nasty ) Then I attempted to eat my taco... opened up the wrap, and the taco is all soggy on the bottom. The bottom is also sticking to the wrap, and my taco is broken in 3 places. When i tried to pick it up the bottom part of the taco that was sticking to the wrap stayed on the wrap and since it was already cracked in 3 places the whole thing just fell apart. So much for my taco... so I picked up my 5 layer burrito and it looked ok... so I take a bite out of it and the first thing that I can see and taste is BEANS!!! I told them NO BREANS!!! Also told them extra beef and guess what? NO EXTRA BEEF!!! ( but they sure charged me for extra beef. ) As I was complaining to my girlfriend about taco bell messing up my order and the food being old, stale and inedible she tells me they messed up hers as well because there was no beans on her nachos. Taco Bell used to be a good place to get your night time cravings under control and used to serve good food... what happened Taco Bell? I'm extremely dissatisfied and disappointed. Last 3 times I ate at this location I had about the same experience. Just terrible!

The service at this location is consistently THE WORST I've ever experienced at any Taco Bell. As others have mentioned, the staff is very rude and there is always a wait time to order, even when the dice thru is empty. Something is very wrong with the way this location is managed.
