I have jury duty all month so I was looking for a quick in and out option. Post lunch there was no wait. The food was actually pretty good. I just got the standard bean burrito and soft tacos, but it was all fresh the beans were not dehydrated so I was happy.

I made a order for delivery in the taco bell app and got a message that the store canceled the order and to contact the store for information, called the store and they were very rude told me they didn't cancel any orders I needed to contact door dash then hung up on me, taco bell already charged me and nobody will talk to me

Hours say open till 1am, but when you pull through at 11:58pm the speaker says “I’m sorry our business is closed. Please return during normal business hours.” All while the phone is off the hook so you can’t call. And the people working are sitting there talking to people outside. So I placed a DoorDash order and oh wow.. it’s all of a sudden open and able to make food. How pitiful that people want so badly not to work that they’ll steal time from their business owner and close the place down so the restaurant can’t make any money. As a healthcare worker who just wants something to eat after a 18 hour day.. thanks for your hard work.
